Manguinhos is home to an extensive beach of calm waters, more morninha. ideal for hiking and has a beautiful golden sunset! Porto da Barra is a strong tourist attraction because it is a stronghold of restaurants of various specialties. It's knowing and falling in love!

The condominium is 100 meters from Av Jose Ribeiro Dantas, where for displacement, regardless of purpose, is very viable. There are buses, vans, Uber and many places to go on foot, including to the nearest beach!
