With Beach Access just across the street, the BayShores Yacht & Tennis Club offers resort-style amenities including a newly refurbished waterfront heated pool & hot tub, covered bar area, gas grills, new tennis & pickleball courts, saunas, shuffleboard, putting green, Tiki Huts along the water, rooftop sun deck, & boat and fishing docks.

Our newly renovated unit is in an ideal location on the Gulf of Mexico, just steps to the soft, white-sand beach right across the street, with many restaurants and shops within walking distance as well. Your home-away-from-home overlooks the peaceful Intracoastal Waters, where you can enjoy a quiet morning sunrise while dolphin-watching from your private balcony.  

— The two bedroom, two full-bathroom 5th floor condo features a renovated kitchen with brand new appliances, extremely fast 1GB WiFi, Smart TVs, basic cable, board games, spacious private balcony with outdoor table & chairs, sleeper sofa couch, and ample closet and dresser storage space.

— Bedroom 1 features a king bed with balcony access and beautiful view of the Intracoastal Waters, a 48-in Smart TV, large walk-in closet, ceiling fan, and dresser storage.

— Bedroom 2 features one twin bed, one queen bed, closet, dresser storage, ceiling fan, Smart TV, and a view of the palm trees, courtyard, and Gulf on the horizon.

— The stylish and calming living room features a queen-sized sleeper sofa, loveseat, and oversized chair offering plenty of seating for your whole group, a 75-in Smart TV with basic cable, board games, and balcony access with a great view of the water.

— Be on the lookout for dolphins, birds, manatees, and other local wildlife which can be seen from the balcony. It's also a great spot to watch all the different boats from kayaks to yachts going by.

— The newly renovated and fully-stocked kitchen is perfect for preparing a home-cooked meal, with a large, granite countertop and brand new stainless steel appliances. The dining table seats six, with an additional two barstool seats at the counter. Filtered water & ice maker, pots/pans, a knife set, wine glasses, both a Keurig and traditional drip coffee maker, toaster, Ninja blender, and more are all provided.

— We supply everything you need to enjoy the beach and the building amenities: Pickleball paddles & balls, golf putters & balls, beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, sand toys, and a wagon to carry everything down to the beach.

— On-site laundry facilities are located on the 4th floor.

— We provide a starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, travel-sized shampoo, dish soap, sponge, dishwasher pods, and garbage bags when you arrive. If you need anything additional, there is a convenient store located just up the street to the north where you can pick up extra supplies.

— The condo is non-smoking (including on the balcony), and per HOA rules the building is pet free.

— We manage two units in the same building. If you have a large group (up to 13 guests) and would like to book both units, please let us know and we'd be happy to make those arrangements for you and offer a discount when booking both units!
