Welcome to our cozy and sunny vacation rental home in Carmichael California, minutes away from the Capitol of CA, downtown Sacramento, Old Town, and Sleep Train Arena. Enjoy the entire spacious home with 3 bedrooms & 2 full bathrooms, including an outdoor lounging pool room. You will surely love the beautiful California weather with a pool to cool off in and a gorgeous newly furnished home that includes AC, free Wifi, parking, Roku tv, full kitchen and tons of space to enjoy with company.
The space
This is a beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom family home that was built in 1965 and was completely remodeled with modern yet homey decor. This home is perfect for families or couples who need a comfortable and peaceful place to stay and make memories. The house includes a dining room and family/living room to enjoy with all of your guests. It is spacious enough to host your family or large group for holidays and vacation time with a gorgeous pool to enjoy in the summer or hot days. There is also a BBQ grill and outside dining area with a covered patio to enjoy time in the sun. If you would like to be outside but enjoy all the perks of staying inside such as couches, fans, and no bugs there is a spacious pool room with huge open window areas covered in mosquito netting so you still enjoy the amazing California weather but also have fans on the ceiling to cool you down and lounging couches to enjoy with company. There is also a front porch with a nice seating area to relax while enjoying the view of the nice peaceful neighborhood. The house is newly furnished with all new brand new furniture in every single room and all new appliances for you to enjoy while visiting our home.
Guest access
You will have access to the entire home when staying here at the Andino household and have complete access to the garage and driveway for your vehicles. Note that there is a 3 car limit but even larger cars fit perfectly fine in the driveway. You also have access to the entire private backyard and pool to yourselves with pool towels included.
Other things to note
-The neighborhood is very quiet. Parties and loud music are not allowed. Please be understanding and respectful of our neighbors.

-Renters may not have more than 6 adults at the house past 10 pm. All parking must be in the garage, driveway or immediately in front of the house.

-The pool is about 8 feet deep on one end and 3 to 4 feet deep on the shallow end. If you have small children, please make sure to keep gate to the pool area closed & not leave children unattended. Property owners are not responsible for any accidents that may occur in the pool.

-On Wednesdays we have a pool guy who comes to clean the pool and test the water. He may also do some gardening work and then takes out the trashcans to the curb as our scheduled garbage truck pick up is on Thursday morning. If you happen to stay on a Wednesday please put trash bags outside so he may collect them & put into the trash bins for you before putting them out on the curb. There are trees and plants around our pool, sometimes (on windy days) debris or leaves may be floating in the pool. We have leaf skimmers available to use that are located in the backyard near the pump area.

-Please take care of the house and treat the furniture and amenities with respect. Please use dining area and kitchen counter for eating. No drinking or eating in the beds.

-For safety and energy conservation, please close all the windows, doors, and turn off the AC/heating when you leave the house. Make sure all doors are locked before leaving home at all times. Property owners are not responsible for any stolen items if guests leave door unlocked.

-We have a smart lock with access code, a ring door bell at the front door, a ring camera on the side of the house facing only the side walkway, and a ring camera on the garage facing out.
