Cozy 3 Bedroom Condo located just steps from Sugarbush
Enjoy all the Mad River Valley has to offer at our beautiful mountainside condo in Warren, just a 2-minute shuttle ride from the lifts at Sugarbush and a short walk to Old Sugarbush Village.
This area offers a wide variety of activities across all seasons from skiing to hiking, mountain biking, swimming, golfing, ziplining and more.
The kitchen is open to the living room and dining area, and contains all the cooking/serving necessities you will need. The living room has a gas fireplace and an HDTV with streaming capabilities.
You are welcome to log in to your Netflix account through the smart TV. Our high-speed internet is perfect for streaming or working remotely.
Linens, towels, and toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash) are provided for guests.
This is a 2 floor unit with private entry. Outside, there is a set of stairs leading down from the parking area to the unit.
Outdoors: Sit on the covered porch overlooking the Mad River Valley. Easy access to the kitchen makes this space perfect for outdoor meals in the summer months. (No furniture will be here during the winter).
Bedroom 1: Located on the first floor, has one full bed and a dresser.
Bedroom 2: Located on the first floor, has a bunk with a full bed on bottom, twin bed on top, as well as a dresser.
Bedroom 3: Located on the second floor, has a queen bed, TV, dresser, and closet.
Both bathrooms are full baths, with a stand up shower on the first floor and a tub/shower on the second floor.
Downstairs, there is a laundry area with washer/dryer that guests are welcome to use, as well as an area for storing skis and bikes.
About us:
We are two brothers, Charlie and Aidan, who own this place together, and as such either one of us may be communicating with you if you have questions during your stay. This allows us to respond quickly. We do both use the condo ourselves, as we are avid skiers and mountain bikers. We've tried to set the place up with all the amenities we would want in a ski house, taking the best ideas from all the places we have rented in prior years. Since we both love to cook, the kitchen is fully stocked with nice knives, pots and pans, and your basic pantry essentials (oil, flour, etc.) as well as spices. There will be condiments in the fridge that you are welcome to use. We do both have dogs and although a thorough cleaning is performed prior to each booking, it is worth noting for those with severe pet allergies.
