High Grove is a lovely, quiet and safe gated community of 164 attractive Mediterranean-style homes with tile roofs, nestled around a beautifully landscaped clubhouse with resort-style amenities. A rare bonus in the Orlando area is the ability to walk just a few minutes outside the gates to the popular Best of British Pub for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or drinks.

From the villa it’s a quick drive along Route 192 to Disney’s parks and the many world-class attractions, shops, and restaurants that Kissimmee and Orlando have to offer. Or head north on Route 27 toward the charming town of Clermont, where you’ll find rolling hills, lakes, golf courses, orange groves, wineries, and the quieter shops and restaurants locals enjoy.

Atlantic beaches are about an hour away, and the beautiful Gulf Coast beaches are under two hours. With so much nearby, you can easily discover something new every day for years.

We had such a wonderful stay at this rental! From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless and beautifully maintained. The home was incredibly clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything we needed.The pool was definitely a highlight — clean, relaxing, and perfect for unwinding. It truly made our stay feel like a little getaway retreat.The host was fantastic — very responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. Great family home, new renos, great location

This home has all new renovations and they are wonderful! It is great for a smaller family of I would say no more than 6 or so, depending on comfortability of sharing beds. We went as a family of 4 and each person got their own room but the one kids room has 2 twin beds which one was left unused. The area is gated and felt very safe. Walmart and a hospital right across the main road from the gated complex and multiple restaurants within a 10-20 minute drive. Theme parks all within 20-40 minute drive from the property and about an hour to Tampa Bay. Pool is a good size for small family, spa is not hot tub but has jets. If you get the pool heated the pool and spa are about the same temperature. Beyond renovations kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking requirements like pots and pans, coffee maker, toaster, ninja bullet, plates, cups, cutlery, all new large appliances. Rooms all have extra bedding and blankets. Pool towels and plenty bathroom towels provided. Has a washer and dryer which is nice for not having to over-pack. Garage is a game room with foosball and air hockey tables. Living room, garage and 2 main bedrooms all have smart TVs. There is a small park and community center, community is well kept.

From the house you can walk to the popular Best of British Pub, as well as McDonald’s, Dunkin’, Walmart, and the Cagan Town Square, where you’ll find a variety of independent cafés, restaurants, and everyday services.

You are close to the excitement of Disney and the attractions along Highway 192, yet tucked away in a quieter location with easy access to the rolling hills, lakes, and charming small-town feel of nearby Clermont and the Lake District.

We take great pride in our villas, keeping them impeccably clean, well maintained, and regularly refreshed so our guests can enjoy a comfortable and welcoming stay.
