SLEEP ACCOMMODATIONS:

All occupants must be 25 or older unless children are accompanied by parents. Your reservation will be confirmed once the Occupancy Agreement has been signed and the initial payment has been received. Photo ID and Credit Card photo verification required to complete booking. We do not accept American Express and Discover. This home is located in a quiet neighborhood. Our rental agreement includes a strict policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and no party policy.

Please note that this property is equipped with security cameras located in the following areas: facing the back alley, inside the garage, near the side door, and at the front of the home.

Monthly reservations are considered. If you are interested in booking this home for more than 30 nights, please call our office to discuss further. We would love to host you! There is a minimum $1000 refundable security deposit on all mid- and long-term stays. We look forward to discussing this further with you!

Our cancellation policy will allow you to cancel your reservation up to 30 days prior to your arrival. There is a cancellation fee of 10% of the total payment or $300, whichever is higher. If you cancel your reservation within 30 days of your arrival, there are NO REFUNDS. If you feel that this may cause an issue with your travel itinerary and availability, please consider Travel Insurance.
