The space
Simple home. This home is great for tourist, mid term furnished stays, with quick access to downtown. Although we host people from all walks of life, we do want to describe the area may not be suitable for families with small kids as we are downtown and there are updates to the area. We always stay true to the area and listing.

Historic Urban 1,400 square foot home, in the middle of the busy city, Busy Location to the proximity of downtown is what guests like.

Area is going through major renovations. Old homes are being renovated or demolished. The home may look smaller from the outside, but once inside you will feel a sense of home.

Our home is a 2 bed/2.5 bath fits up to 5 people max. Usually 5th guests sleeps in living room. The home is 100 years old. Imperfect, quirky, unique, cozy and has a deck!

Our biggest amenity is the close proximity to bars and restaurants you can get to with a quick Uber ride to to the Riverwalk! Save money on uber and rideshare from our location!

The area is going through renovations. We try to keep competitive affordable prices.
Usually a hotel room on the riverwalk area will cost you double per night on a slow season, not including parking fees/amenity fees for just one room no appliances or access to washer/dryer and thats where we provide more value among other things.

The area may not be for guests who are not used to the city urban neighborhoods. Please be advised of the description below. I will ask in message if you have read terms as we want our guests to enjoy their stay. Once you agree with the terms we will approve your stay.

This is a 100 year old renovated home. This renovated gem is proof that history in San Antonio is what tourist love!
We are improving the home little by little. After every booking we invest in the home.
This home xaters to the busy tourist. Our home is cozy but funcional with a historic touch.
• THE AREA IS GOING THROUGH HEAVY RENOVATIONS** we have a huge stadium and downtown district underway in the years to come.

• You are paying for proximity to the downtown area, the east side* which is going through billion dollars worth of renovations by the city and you will see old houses and new renovated homes.
• Homes next door will soon be renovated as they look like they need work. Guests have given us feedback from the huge house next door that needs work, but we are aware the owner will renovate in the near future

• Inner city, *may experience city noise which means any kind of noise outside of our control*** living close to the action means the city can have noise.

We have a few storage spaces we keep for necessities for the home that are private. Noise is expected.You will have a private closet and restroom. There is a half restroom in the hallway as well. Laundry room with necessities. You just need to push the doors and turn on light. Plenty of toiletries.
