Dieses große Haus ist seit vielen Jahren unser Rückzugsort, und wir freuen uns riesig, es nun mit euch zu teilen! Wir haben so viel Liebe und Sorgfalt darin gesteckt, dies zu einem einzigartigen Urlaubsziel für euch und eure Familie zu machen!

Ihr seid ganz in der Nähe von allem, was diese Gegend zu bieten hat! In der Nähe von Geschäften, Restaurants, Parks, Seen, Rodeo- und Messegeländen usw.! Es gibt reichlich Platz für eure Boote, Wohnmobile, Oldtimer – was auch immer ihr wollt!

We had the most fantastic stay at the Sellers Ranch House. We were a multi-generational crew from infant to great grandmother. The house accommodated us wonderfully. The pool was a huge hit with the 5 grandsons. The house had everything we needed. The owner was most accommodating. My grandsons are asking when we can come back!

We found the perfect location in a quiet, safe neighborhood, conveniently close to Mount Lassen, Burney, and Shasta Lake. Honestly, we almost wanted to spend our entire stay on the property because there was so much to enjoy!I can’t think of a single thing the host didn’t think of to make the property enjoyable for guests of all ages. The home was clean, spacious, and offered plenty of indoor and outdoor space. The instructions were clear and straightforward, making everything easy from check-in to check-out.We anked for a particular item, and the host delivered it before we even checked in. They also went above and beyond to help us celebrate my daughter’s birthday by providing a tiara, sash, and cake.The property has something for everyone: a game room, musical instruments, board games, activities for kids, an outdoor pool, and a hot tub. There simply wasn’t enough time to enjoy everything the property had to offer.We even had the pleasure of meeting the host, who was incredibly friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and fun getaway, whether traveling with a small group or a large one.Absolutely a 10/10 experience!

This home was so bright and clean, and the perfect place to bring our family together over a wedding weekend. The location was perfect as we flew into Redding airport. The floorpan is spacious and comfortable, allowing everyone to have enough space to do whatever they wanted, whether it was playing ping pong or taking a nap. Also, our hosts were very gracious when we arrived into town early and allowed us to check in to the house earlier than anticipated. I would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable Stay

The house and all the amenities were great. IT was nice to relax on the back patio and very comfortable living spaces inside.The ping pong table was a hit ad getting in the pool was relaxing after hot days.

Beautiful home! Hosts were more than helpful! Equipped with everything you need. Would highly recommend. In a great neighborhood and close to local stores. Absolutely loved the coziness and homey feel.

We had a fantastic stay at this property! The home is incredibly spacious—plenty of room for our large group to spread out and relax. The kitchen was impressively well-stocked with everything we needed to cook full meals at home, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The backyard was a highlight: a large open space with a beautiful pool and spa, perfect for hanging out and soaking up the sun. This rental had everything we needed and more. Highly recommend for families or groups looking for comfort, convenience, and space!

The woman I had communicated with does not like questions. There's no where on the add where it says a charge for dogs. It said dogs welcome then u get an overdue 177 payment for having 2 small dogs. One was only there a day and a half. When I asked about it she said we talked about it. We talked about what kind of dogs. Then I asked for an earlier check in which i was denied. I was told I would receive a message if the cleaners finished early. Didn't get that call. Got there 45 min early and the house was empty. Lots of house rules. Didn't like all the text reminders of what they want you to do. I read the email and the booklet. Not a cooking kitchen. We don't eat out so it was hard to cook there. Need new pots and pans and utensils. Their dryer was a fire hazard and I relayed that message and instead of a thank you I was chastised for not telling her earlier. There was an ant problem and a smokey oven. The pool was awesome. The house was great too. Just don't like to be treated like they did us a favor to rent us this property

We did message about the pet fee in advance and that charge is automatically tacked on when you book *if you add them to your reservation- which you had not*. We've noted the pots/pans and dryer issue and can make some updates there. We are sorry you did not feel welcome. That is not the experience we want for any of our guests.

Hi, My wife and 4 kids stayed at this lovely home located in a beautiful neighborhood in southeast Redding Ca. The property was laid out nice and relaxing. The pool and spa were beautifully kept and the family meet here daily. The home is roomy with lots of little nooks to spreed out kids enjoyed the smart tv. The kitchen is awesome, loved the oven and the cupboard space, and the couters are endless. The dinning areas are spacious and a great place to gather playing games and chatting. My favorite place was morning coffee by the pool side. The beds were comfy and everything was clean and well kept. The Host were all wonderful. God bless you all for taking such good care of my family and I!

If you stay here, make sure you RECORD everything before settling in. The owner blamed us for damages that we did not cause. Zero communication and does not reply back. I took photos of any damages we seen exactly at check in time with my watch to document the time.This house had leaky faucets. Leaky shower heads. Running sprinkler houses all day with puddles of water on the front of the property. Damaged walls in the kitchen, dirty silverware and mold in the fridge. Hair in the sheets from previous renters.They remotely control the AC via wifi and don’t let you lower the temperature, we stayed there during a week of 100 degrees daily and they controlled the temp utter from afar. We would move it down and it would change back to a higher temp shortly after.The pool was nice BUT they have no trees or bushes to keep the CREEPY nosey perverted neighbors from watching us over the fence daily. The fence is barely 4 feet high and give no privacy while in the pool or spa. They also have cameras on their property.Family of 6 with a Service Dog. Tedding is beautiful. We visited, The Dam, The Sundial, Shasta Caverns, Mount Shasta, Fairy Waterfall Trail, Botanical Gardens and other trails and hikes.This house was roomy, but had a lot of rules and flaws.At the moment, I would NOT RECOMMEND this home!

I wish you had brought these concerns to us during your stay, as we would have been happy to assist right away. For clarity, our sprinklers do run twice a day during the summer months due to the heat. The thermostat can always be manually adjusted, we just ask that it not be set below 70°F to avoid freezing the unit and leaving guests with no AC. Our fence is 6ft high, and no mold was found during our post-stay inspection. We also did not find any leaky faucets or shower heads. Cameras are disclosed in our listing and are located only in the front of the property for guest safety and protection. To clarify on charges, you were never billed for damages of any kind. A pet fee was applied at the end of your stay because you advised us you would be bringing one but it was not added to your booking, and it was not disclosed to be a service dog. I’m very sorry to hear you didn’t enjoy the home. We truly wish all concerns had been shared with us during your visit so we could have corrected them immediately. We appreciate you staying with us and wish you the best moving forward.

We had a blast at this property! The Sellers family provided a very comfortable house for our large group. The house was very clean with the location of any necessities clearly laid out in the informative guide booklet. The backyard and layout of the house allowed for everyone to feel within reach of one another without being cramped. If we ever find ourselves visiting Redding again, we will be checking for availability here first!
