-Early check-in of 1:00 pm and late check out of 1:00 pm, so you have plenty of time in the sun from Day-1 and don't have to feel rushed on the day of your departure.

-Interior has been updated with fresh paint and new bedroom furniture.

-Central Heating and AC in main house (AC unit in Gameroom/garage)

-WIFI included - the house has super fast 1-gig internet and Eero Wi-Fi 6 routers, so we get strong, reliable Wi-Fi in every room.

-Living room - Walls of windows with spectacular views of the lake and Mt. Konocti and sliding door out to deck, 65 inch smart TV with Roku and paid subscriptions to Amazon Prime Video, Disney+, Hulu, Netflix, and Spotify. No need for you to sign into your steaming services. Many books and board games.

-Kitchen has modern granite countertops and appliances and even a wine refrigerator. It is fully stocked with everything you would need to prepare meals. Keurig coffee maker with complimentary coffee and tea is also included. Basic cooking spices & oil provided.
-Dining room with dining table/chairs, has 3 walls of windows to enjoy the amazing views, an 88 key piano and workstation

-Bedroom 1 - Master suite with full bathroom
New California King bed with adjustable base, new sheets, pillows and comforter. Raise the bed or sit on the futon and enjoy the lake view from the large window.

-Private Pier and covered dock with boat tie ups and swim ladder. Fish from the dock in one of the most popular fishing areas on the lake. Steps leading down in to the water.

-Wildlife You might catch a glimpse of a couple of otters that love to hang out in the area. There are many species of birds including a couple bald Eagles that have a nearby nest. There are also many deer in the area.

-Free parking - 2 spaces on driveway and 2 in front of house

-Public boat ramp located in town approximately 15 minutes from property

-Numerous wineries around the lake area

-Please note that waterfront property is subject to natural wildlife including bugs which are beyond the control of the host. Specifically, the rice fly who don't bite and are harmless. They are attracted to light.

-In the summer months Clearlake can experience algae blooms. You might see it on one part of the lake but not on other parts. Water quality is generally better on the main lake than in protected canals. If you are unfamiliar with this, please reach out for more information.

-For your safety and the safety of our property, security cameras are located over front driveway facing away from house towards the street, below the deck facing the lake and on both sides of the house. Cameras record audio and video when motion activated.

-If interested in a guided fishing experience, please contact owner for a reference. Guides can arrange to pick you up at the dock of this house depending upon trip details. This house is located in Pirates Cove and is a popular destination of fishing guides, who can easily locate the property from the water because of the observatory dome.

-Guests have access to the entire home except the locked cabinets in the hallway, as this is where we keep our supplies.

-Access to the observatory dome over the Dining Room is off limits to guests due to liability concerns of accessing the space and that using the telescope, the mount, and software requires training and expertise and improper use could damage expensive equipment. Still, the dome is a prominent landmark that can help you and others locate the property while on the water.

-No garage parking as garage is converted to Game Room.

I personally manage all bookings and am available to answer any questions or concerns you may have about the property. Each guest is provided a unique access code to the house for safety and there is no need to meet in person for keys. You can text anytime for help or questions.
