Thank you for your review. I would start off by saying that I have owned this oceanfront condo since 1990 and have received countless positive comments and reviews over the years. I'm sorry to hear that your experience wasn't equally as positive as those of many others that have stayed over the years but I certainly welcome your comments as my aim is to provide each guest with an enjoyable beach vacation every time...whether they have enjoyed the condo once or make it an annual tradition as many guests have done for years. If you take a look at the other reviews they are all 4 and 5 stars with positive remarks about their experience. Furthermore, the condo is booked nearly year-round as a further testament to the positive experience and memories made. This is only the second such complaint that I have received in 30 years of owning this vacation destination...and I don't take it lightly. Over the years I have an impeccable record of being responsive and addressing all guests concerns. I reach out to all guests by phone upon booking the condo to address any questions/comments as well as making them aware of what they need to bring in terms of linens and towels and did the same with this guest. I also ask each guest to let me know upon checking in or during their stay if they have any issues or concerns I should be made aware of or things that need to be addressed and with this guest I heard nothing throughout the course of the week. I would add if these complaints were all legitimate the same sentiment was not shared by the guests who checked in upon these guests leaving out - actually just opposite...they shared with me by phone their positive comments like so many other guests have shared over the past year as you can read for yourself in the reviews written by these previous guests. And as for the furnishings I make improvements every year and contrary to this guest's comments the sleeper sofa as well as all of the bedroom furniture were replaced in the past three years. To sum up I've worked diligently over the years to provide a quality experience to numerous guests and I would hope that this individual's comments would not discourage you from considering and booking this property.
