Visitors only with host approval. Any damages or missing things will result in necessary charges. Door keys or remotes missing $250 incidental charge. Quite time in the building is 10pm! Violation of any rules can result in termination of the reservation with no refund and/or additional charges. Smoking is allowed on the patio please dispose properly. $250 smoking fee if you smoke in unit. Don’t worry, the cleaning company will clean after you leave and take out your garbage! We just ask that you start a load of towels in the washer for sanitary reasons.
