There is sound-view deck access available from 4 out of 6 bedrooms, with plenty of seating for relaxing with coffee in the morning or watching the sunset in the evening.
A washer/dryer is available on the second floor. The home has a fully equipped kitchen with plenty of dishes, cookware, and bakeware to make you feel at home. There is even a beverage/coffee center with two coffee options (Keurig & full pot) and a beverage/wine fridge to keep your drinks cold.
The rear yard is not fenced, and we allow up to 2 small dogs (under 15 lbs each) with a pet fee.
While not guaranteed, we try to provide beach equipment for use during your stay, including a wagon, beach chairs, boogie boards, and sand toys stored in the storage room. Beach towels are also available. Please ensure all items are returned to avoid security deposit deductions.
The home has elevator access to all living levels. Please refer to elevator usage instructions to ensure safe operation during your stay.
