Fabulous accomodation

We had a wonderful time especially as it was our first visit to South East Asia, the villa was perfect. A quiet and peaceful setting away from the busy Thailand life but super close enough to everything you could possibly need/want. The villa met every need and then some. Wonderful for families

Beautiful villa close to many restaurants and the most amazing beach Nai Harn! The villa is fully equipped with everything. We were traveling as two families of four with 4 teenager and had plenty of room for everyone. The air conditioning unit in one of the rooms was not working when we arrived but it was fixed by the owner before we left. We had maid service every day and the towels were replaced every two days. The pool was very pleasant. We really enjoyed our state in this beautiful villa and highly recommend it!

Thanks for the review and nice comments. Apologies for the AC situation. The engineer attended the following day and made a repair but due to the unusual nature of the problem it failed again after several hours on test. It was now New Years so there was a delay in getting the unit repaired. We did purchase a portable cooling unit. We pride ourselves on the condition of our Villas but this was a most unusual situation and we do have vigorous preventative maintenance program in place which would have normally avoided such a situation.

Fantastic place to stay - beyond our expectations!

We rented both villas over Xmas and New Year for a large family group. From beginning to end everything surpassed our expectations - which were very high! The villas were beautiful and immaculately styled and presented. There is lots of space throughout - even to seat 18 of us together in one of the villas for meals. The swimming pools were a joy - and used constantly. Both villas were scupulously clean and very well maintained. John (the owner) couldn't have been more helpful - from the first enquiry through to arranging our pick ups from the airport, suggesting places to visit and eat and all our travel arrangements. We can't recommend this highly enough. We very much hope to return.

Fantastic property, ideal location, great host

This is a brilliant property. On arrival we were created by John who gave us a full run down of the villa and surrounding area. The location is amazing, about 5 mins from Nai Harn and 10 mins grimness Kata Noi beaches. It’s only a 50m odd walk to shops, restaurants and bars. We were 2 couples and 4 kids under 6 and the house was ideal. Pleny of space for the kids to play indoors and out and the swimming pool was in use constantly. The pool can be fenced off from the outdoor seating area and easily be made inaccessible to wandering kids. We didn’t end up using the chef service due to the proximity to multiple restaurants but Chef Selley got in touch extremely promptly and gave suggestions about what we could do if we were keen. I’d very happily stay here again and would highly recommend the property.

Hallo John, Hallo Dao, und wieder haben wir einen so traumhaften Urlaub bei euch verbracht, gemeinsam mit unseren 3 Kindern und 4 weiteren Freunden haben wir einen traumhaften Urlaub in Nai Harn verbringen dürfen. Die Ville hat eine perfekte Lage, im Umkreis von 400 Metern ist fast alles was man benötigt. Die Villa liegt am Ende einer Sackgasse, die ca. 100 Meter entfernte Straße ist hier nicht mehr zu hören. An dieser sind jedoch viele gute, aber auch günstige Restaurants zu finden, ein Geldautomat ist direkt angrenzend, die tägliche Massage und das frische Obst gibt es auch in unmittelbarer Nähe. Für den kleinen täglichen Einkauf reicht der Family Mart auch aus. Beim deutschen Bäcker an der Straße kann man sich das Brot fürs Frühstück besorgen oder direkt dort einnehmen. Die Vermieter sind unheimlich nett und kümmern sich um sämtliche Angelegenheiten und wünsche umgehend und kostenfrei. Der Strand liegt in einer Entfernung von ca. 2 Kilometer, um ihn zu erreichen ist ein Tuktuk oder Taxi hilfreich, wir hatten für die 3 Wochen ein eigenes Auto, was auch von den Vermietern bestellt wurde und direkt an die Villa geliefert und auch abgeholt wurde. Die beiden Maids, die sich um die Sauberkeit des Hauses kümmern sind unauffällig freundlich und sehr ordentlich. Die Gärtner und der Poolreiniger war fast immer zu Zeiten da, an welchen wir nicht anwesend waren und störten so niemals. Wer dann doch einmal den Trubel benötigt erreicht die Hauptferienorte (Kata, Karom oder Patong) leicht innerhalb von 15-30 Minuten. Wir können beiden Villen von John nur empfehlen und kommen ganz ganz sicher wieder und werden und bei euch erneut wie zu Hause fühlen. John - das nächste mal werden wir einen gemeinsamen Tauchgang (Scuba Diving) an einem deiner Lieblingsorte durchführen. Und das perfekte Steak und Kobe Tenderlion vermisse ich bereits jetzt. Top Angebot, sehr empfehlenswert

Wir verbrachten unsere Osterferien in dieser komfortablen Villa. Zwei Familien aus der Schweiz mit je zwei Kindern im Alter zwischen 7 und 14 Jahren. Die Ausstattung, Sauberkeit und Geräumigkeit hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Sehr freundlicher und jederzeit hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Bereits im Vorfeld und auch während unserem Aufenthalt gab er uns nützliche Tipps, sodass wir unsere Ferien gut vorbereitet und in Ruhe geniessen konnten. Während die Kinder fast rund um die Uhr im rund 40m2 grossen Pool spielten, konnten wir uns unter der gedeckten Veranda oder auf den Liegen zurücklehnen und erholen. Super Haus im Süden von Phuket

Ein wirklich traumhaftes Haus im ruhigen Süden von Phuket. - neues Haus, ca. 1 Jahr alt - tolle und umfangreiche Ausstattung ( siehe Homepage ) - zentral, aber doch ruhig gelegen, alles zu Fuß zu erreichen - klasse Pool - toller Service - der Eigentümer ist jederzeit erreichbar und kümmert sich um alles Rundum gut und nur zu empfehlen

What an amazing Villa. The host John, is fantastic. Helpful and full of suggestions on where to go and what to do. The local area is fantastic and a great base for seeing the rest of Phuket. I highly recommend Coral Beach, which you can reach by long tail boat from Rawai beach. We had an amazing 9 days stay and would definitely choose the villa as a base again.

Excellent Stay

The property is well maintained and located in a nice area of Rawai just far enough off a main road to maintain a peaceful setting. We were traveling with a 2 year old and John. the owner, put the safety and well being of he and the rest of our family in the forefront. The pool area has removable fencing that was promptly installed when we arrived and he pointed out the best way to maintain the secure environment. We appreciated John's approach to maintaining communication with us during the entire stay. It was certainly not obtrusive and was merely a "check in" occasionally to see how things were going and to ask if we needed anything. All in all, an excellent stay without any surprises.

A gem of a villa

We were a group of 2 families and the villa accommodated us perfectly – plenty of space for everyone. The outdoor living and pool areas were the reason we booked the villa and they absolutely lived up to our expectations. We spent many hours languishing around the pool after getting back from the beach. The property is tucked away down a little road so you really feel a sense of peace and privacy, but you can easily pop to the shops and restaurants which are only 2 minutes away. The location is outstanding, a quick 5 minutes to Nai Harn beach and not too far to get anywhere else on the island. There are so many amazing restaurants in the vicinity, completely spoilt for choice! John, our host who lives on the property, really went out of his way to make us feel welcome. While there were a few minor issues at the villa along the way, John was quick to attend to these. We would definitely recommend this villa.

Beautiful home!

We had a wonderful stay at John’s villa! Our party included 2 families with young kids. There were 4 adults and 7 children ranging from ages 4-10. The space was very comfortable with plenty of room to fit everyone. Everything in the home is finished very nicely. It was clean and well cared for. The pool was lovely. We used it every day. There is a gate and doors around it so you can keep kids safe. John is very safety conscious. John personally checked us in and gave us a very thorough orientation to the property. He lives in a unit connected to the property so is handy and popped by to check in occasionally. He did check out personally as well. Some information that you might find useful when you consider booking this lovely villa can be found below. I realize prices may fluctuate but below I’ll tell the cost of some of the “extras”. We thought we would use the private chef option. But after booking we got in touch with the chef and found that one meal (the lowest priced one) for one adult was 890 THB the same meal for kids was 450 THB. There are lots of tasty restaurants a very short walk from the villa. All the food at these restaurants was much, much less and very good. So we opted to take advantage of the restaurant dining rather than the chef option. There are also mini mart type stores in walking distance. John provides good information about the area and gave us some nice recommendations of which places to eat at. Some of the restaurants will also deliver to the Villa. There is even a Tesco grocery delivery service. John provided us with the information to order groceries through the villa account so we could purchase some food basics to have on hand in the home. John arranged pick up from the airport for us. It cost 1500 THB for a 10-person van. Because we were 11 people, we needed 2 vans. They were strict about only 10 people from the airport. He provided 2 car seats for the youngest kids to use, which was wonderful! We used the same driving service when we wanted to get around during our stay. We did fit our 11 people in one van when doing other outings such as the short drive to the beach. We were charged 50 THB per person (total of 550 thb) for a ride to Nai Harn Beach. Nai Harn was very nice. John requires a cash deposit of 500 GBP or equivalent. He also let us know that electricity was covered up to a certain usage (110 units a day). Magnifique séjour!!!

Notre deuxième passage à Rawai et nous avons encore une fois adoré. Nous y avons séjourné à 11 pendant 3 semaines. La villa et ses extérieurs sont magnifiques et extrêmement bien entretenus; les prestations sont haut de gamme. La terrasse couverte extérieure est vraiment agréable avec de l’air et de l’ombre rendant la chaleur tout à fait supportable. Les propriétaires sont très gentils et aux petits soins à la moindre demande. Wifi impeccable. Villa bien placée dans Rawai avec toutes commodités accessibles à pied, loin du béton de Patong. Ce village est encore préservé. Vraiment ravis de ce séjour; encore un grand merci à John et son épouse. Amélie B.

My Name is John and I have lived in Phuket since 2000. After selling my Computer Services Business in the UK it seemed such a great place to retire. For the same reasons I think Phuket is a great place to retire to it also makes an ideal holiday destination. It has everything you could really want except of course cold weather which I do not miss.

Thai people are very friendly and have a very different outlook on life, meaning they are pretty happy most of the time, they tend to live in the moment and do not make a judgement on others.

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

My choice of Nai Harn was pure luck but proved to a good one. Blessed with one of the best beaches on the island it has escaped the rather crazy ‘progress’ enjoyed by Kata, Karon and Patong. It still enjoys a village feel and is home to many expats for this reason. It’s also why you will find many good bars and restaurants delivering quality service at sensible prices. There’s also a few quiet and almost ‘tourist free zones’ (which we will share with you) that provide a place to walk the dog or just enjoy great views.

The villas are located in an ideal place. We are bordered at the rear by undeveloped fields and we are at the end of a cul-de-sac so we have no passing traffic. But we are about 150m from the main road to the beach with all amenities within walking distance. The design and layout provides a great venue for large groups to enjoy special occasions.

I was heavily involved with the construction, finishing and furniture of both villas and always put what would look good and stylish over any cost consideration.

We keep the villas in pristine condition and match that with the service we provide our guests. Our job satisfaction is seeing our guest’s faces light up when they see where they will be staying for their holiday
