- Check-in: 4:00 PM – 11:00 PM | Checkout before 11:00 AM | Max occupancy: 10 guests
- Self check-in with keypad and private entry code for an easy arrival
- After booking, we’ll send a link in Airbnb messages to complete a quick check-in step through a secure guest portal. This may include confirming guest details and uploading a photo ID. Required prior to check-in.
- Swimming in the lake is not recommended. Kayak/canoe use is at your own risk — life jackets are provided and should be worn.
- THIS HOME IS SELF-CATERING. We provide a small starter kit to get you started. Please stop by the nearest store to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay.

For guest safety and property protection, we may request ID verification and may collect either a refundable damage deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver fee prior to arrival (platform rules permitting).

The property was perfect for our stay. The kitchen and front living area with huge windows made for gorgeous sunset viewing. We appreciated the convenience of onsite kayak/canoes and we paddled around the lake daily. We also appreciated being able to hike thru the neighborhood, the adjoining parks, lakes and checking out interesting trails and amenities on foot. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would stay here again.

Great place!

Beautiful location. We loved having breakfast by the lake and relaxing in the yard. The host was responsive and helpful, thanks for everything. Would definitely come back.

The property was very clean, well appointed, and the view did not disappoint. Seating for 8 at the oversize kitchen island was great ! The bed was very comfortable and all appliances are modern and work perfectly. While there was a little hiccup with the AC unit electrical fuse, the hosts had a repair service there immediately and it was remedied in just moments. We hope to return for another visit and would recommend this property to anyone who wants quiet with lots of room or a small group wanting an open and inviting space to connect.

Beautiful lakefront place to stay

The host has created a very comfortable, clean, private, and welcoming place, with a stunning lake view. I was totally happy with every aspect of my stay; the kitchen and bathroom were well equipped, and every surface was sparkling clean. Last but not least, the master bed was incredibly comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud. This is a great place to stay!

property location is great. The pond is very nice and kayak/canoe was very good. House living is open and spacious. If you are a cook, bring your own knives. Beds were large and comfortable. Parks just down the road and Publix less than a mile away. The area is quaint old time Florida. I would have given a five, but the third party management thing is a pain. They wouldn't issue the door code until two hours before. We were at the house, but no wifi and phone signal too low to load the third party information. I ended up having to use my phone as a hot spot (very sad one) and log onto VRBO with my laptop and then her email and then the app. I will avoid this in the future. Communication was fine if you could have it. No phone number was provided, just a twirling AI chat that went in circles. But the place is great.

Great Place

House was very clean, new appliances, nice arrangement of the kitchen, living area and the bedrooms. Both baths had walk-in showers. The neighborhood was quiet and the house kind of tucked away but yet right off main access roads. Super views of the lake from the kitchen and living area, great place for that morning cup of coffee. Comfortable beds and good setup of the living/TV area. Also a nice screened sitting area lakeside. A great place, May 2025.

We were in Orlando for a business event and needed a place to stay with 3 bedrooms. We thoroughly enjoyed the lakefront house which not only met our needs, it was cozy and well stocked. It offered some great views from the windows across the back and entertained us watching the squirrels play in the back yard, as well as the ducks and turtles in the lake and resting on the dock. The second day a storm came through and we enjoyed watching it sweep across the lake. We will definitely consider staying at the lakefront house in the future when we are back in Orlando for business or pleasure.

No privacy

Host lives really close. Shows up unannounced and security cameras everywhere listening and watching our every move. Home was not cleaned to welcome new guests. Stools broken and chewed up (my mom fell). Blade left on table near entrance of home (my blind husband almost grabbed it when we checked in). Very uncomfortable stay. Ac was being adjusted as we sleep. I set it at 65 to 70 and when we would look at it again because it was hot in the home it was at 85. Wake up sweating 3 times to reset the temperature to where we were comfortable. We left for the day and left the ac at 75 and came back to a home that was so hot it stunt and it was set to 85 again. No privacy and very uncomfortable.

We’re disappointed to hear your stay wasn’t as expected. However, we do want to clarify a few key points for accuracy. This is a pet-friendly home, which is clearly noted in the listing. While we regularly inspect and replace worn items, occasional pet-related wear can occur and we regret that it impacted your experience. Regarding the thermostat, we do not have remote control over it. It is a smart thermostat with eco settings that may auto-adjust based on door activity or preset energy-saving modes. We’ve never received prior complaints about this, but we will look into the settings to ensure guests can maintain their preferred temperature throughout their stay. As for the security cameras, they are exterior-only and do not record audio. They are there strictly for safety of our guests and property protection, as is standard in many vacation rentals. We respect all guests’ privacy and do not monitor or interfere with their stay. We’re sorry you felt uncomfortable, but we take guest safety and comfort seriously and continue to improve with every stay. We encourage guests to contact us during their visit with any issues so we can address them in real time.
