I will say the neighborhood was really nice and safe. Overall the stay was okay just due to things not being completely clean. Towels and the bathroom was not thoroughly clean.

Amazing vacation home

We really enjoyed ou time here. The private pool was nice to have on days we didn't travel to Disney or the beach. Cocoa beach is just a 1 hour and 9 minute drive away and Disney resorts were 45 minutes away. Casselberry has a lot to offer with restaurants and shopping close by. Perfect place to enjoy a vacation! Thanks!

The pool was not available for use, was unclean, and the advertisement is showing the pool. The oven did not work and I don’t eat fried foods. The Television in the master bedroom did not work, the tub in the second bathroom was dirty and pillow case on one of the beds was dirty. Used soaps were stacked on the window sill of one of the bathrooms I took pictures. We had to put a lightbulb on the front , because the entire block was dark due to no working streetlights. I did text the property owner these problems after the stay

Great place

Stayed here with a few friends for the weekend. House was clean and spacious with a nice backyard and pool. The inside was modern and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

Family Getaway

We were in the area for a festival and the house was perfect for our three generations of family. Although too chilly to swim, the backyard area was great. The beds are especially comfortable and we will stay again when we’re in the area. Thank you again!

We rented this property to see family and figured that it would be a good spot to set up and have family come see us instead of us driving all over Orlando to visit them. After we rented, we read the rules about partying, keeping noise level down, and the car limit. We reached out and explained the situation to the host and they were very understanding and appreciated the communication. All this to say that the hosts were very nice, welcoming, and responsive.The house was very spacious with a large living room/dining room, den with nice recliner chairs, a large back patio, and a backyard with a pool. The pool was clean and I am not 100% sure but it felt like it may be heated because it was cloudy and overcast with the temperature being about 68-70 and the pool felt warmer than the air. There were a couple frogs in the pool but they got out of the pool as soon as the kids jumped in. The bathrooms were clean and the kitchen had just about everything we needed. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. We actually made another trip back down and were looking to see if this one was available but I think someone had already booked it, unfortunately. Next time we come down I will definitely check!

Great space for the family, beds were very comfortable, plenty of towels and toiletries. some minor things need improvement but I get it, not everyone is going to treat it like their own home. The outside needs to be cleaned better, the entrance had cobwebs on the door the outside light didn’t work and although too cold, the pool could use a cleaning, maybe power wash the grounds

Just fantastic!

We were in Casselberry, FL to celebrate and attend our daughter’s graduation from UCF. We’d never Vrbo’ed before. The graduation activities and commencement were perfect! Our rental enhanced EVERYTHING! The location was perfect to our graduates condo, shopping, dining and all UCF events. The property was well maintained, well decorated, spotlessly clean, with a beautiful pool! Christine provided all the amenities we needed. The kitchen was well appointed and the baths had plenty of towels. Even little things like dish and hand soap were provided. Our daughter has two years of UCF grad school starting in the fall. We will rent again…and again…and… ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thanks for a great experience!

Nice home in a quiet neighborhood close to our family. The house is perfect for families. Now, the disappointment. Upon arrival the “pool fun for families” was not anything like the captivating photo in the listing. Swamp green and pretty smelly. Kids were pretty upset. Temps were pretty hot in FL that week. Several communications back and forth yielded no immediate results. My argument for 3 days of pond green pool is you should have a pretty dependable pool guy or, be equally knowledgeable of pool maintenance. The 4th day saw some improvement. However, the chemical concoction would likely not been healthy for the kids. On the last day we deemed the water safe for the kids to swim in. I was going to wait to soak in a more maintained pool at our next property. A modest refund didn’t take the sting out of a rental that didn’t live up to its listing photo. I will note that the owner apologized for the debacle. I appreciate that. Closing: If a property is going to be advertised as a pool oasis, ongoing monitoring would be an absolute necessity. This would avoid any unwanted surprises to the guest. For guests to comply with check-in check-out and general good guest behavior, they’d expect the host to uphold their end of the bargain or maybe change the listing to exclude the pool until it is figured out. I might be back though as an opportunity to try it again.

unfortunately, this was an isolated incident. It rarely happens where the pool is off with the chemicals. We experienced the severe rainy season this year and it was hard to maintain the pool that week. We have compensated the client and we apologize again, but it was an isolated incident. Almost perfect!

Stayed here in a group of 4 for four days. Check in was a breeze, the host communicated perfectly with us. The pool was nice and cool, only some leaves were stuck at the bottom from the Hurricane a day before. The wifi wasn’t working the first night due to the storm too but was fixed next day. Only needed a bit more cleaning such as I noticed some dust around but perfect besides that. Only about 25 minutes from Downtown Orlando. Would definitely stay again!
