🚗 Parking, Safety & Notes

• Parking: Driveway parking for up to 4 vehicles; no grass or street parking

• Fire pit: Use subject to local county burn bans

• Dock and lift: The covered boat dock with lift is NOT available for guest use (UNAVAILABLE UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE). V-hull boats only; maximum length 24 feet and maximum weight 7,000 lbs. Ballast tanks must be emptied before using the lift. An additional fee applies for use of the hydraulic platform.

• Stairs: Home includes stairs, but they aren’t required to access the entry or bedrooms

• Boat launch: Nearby public launch available

• Lift: Restricted to V Hull boats under 7000 pounds. Before you lift your boat into the boat lift, please ensure you drain all tanks of water that may cause extra weight on the boat. This lift is not suitable for any pontoon boats whatsoever.

• Water toys: Provided kayaks, paddleboards, paddles, life vests

• Security: Five exterior cameras recording exterior areas only—front porch; back porch (beach/boat area); back porch (backyard); side yard; side gate/lawn

• This home is not pet friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal's presence during your stay or post check-out, guests will be charged an additional cleaning fee.

• Check-in time is 4:00 PM and checkout time is 10:00 AM.
