We are so grateful to have had the opportunity to share this home! We had a group of 8 - the four-bedroom layout, each with their own bathroom, was ideal. The house was clean and super comfortable, in a safe area, with lots of street parking. We were close to the airport but did not hear one airplane - at all! Having a private driveway was fabulous, and comforting. The house is well equipped, and the kitchen (and bathrooms) are very clean. Communicating with the team prior to arrival was easy and super responsive. We did communicate upon arrival regarding extra lighting for the rooftop area - and the team was responsive. I do think some twinkle lights would add to the beautiful view - and some lighting to be able to play cards up until quiet time would add to us being able to use the space longer. But seriously, this is a 5-star review all 8 of stood behind. Grateful for a safe, very clean, very comfortable home that allowed our group to stay together and enjoy a few days in beautiful SD!

I rented this home for my dad’s 80th birthday celebration. I’d seen the pictures so I knew what I was walking into but my husband and his father were STUNNED. Like mouth hanging open, OMG, stunned. Our San Diego family members were also very complimentary of the location, and could not get over the rooftop view, which is breath-taking. The house honestly has everything you need for a gathering - and tons of sleeping space which we didn't really maximize! I do have to say that I was THAT guest, and given my group had multiple senior citizens, I was really worried about safety, so I was a bit overzealous in being in constant contact with the management agency to get things fixed (exterior lights burned out, patio umbrellas broken, hot tub jets not all working, burner on grill didn't seem to work). THEY WERE SO GOOD ABOUT FIXING EVERYTHING. They sent over their handyman multiple times, the management agent came over to personally fix and install items, they were very responsive and understanding. I felt so guilty being a squeaky wheel, but they were wonderful, and the next person who rents after us is going to have an A experience. It was a beautiful home, and I hope I didn't give them renter PTSD, because we'd love to go back!

Great & spacious house that was so clean! Perfect for attending Marine graduation! Terrain was hilly & home is multi level so maybe not ideal for weak knees or disabilities. Roof top terrace has an incredible view!

Our flight was cancelled several times due to severe winter storm in Texas. The homeowner was more than helpful is allowing us to extend our stay several nights to accommodate the whole family. The house is perfect for either a couples get away or a family celebrating another family member graduation from USMC. The only thing I would change is to haven’t in each bedroom. There is only one tv in the living room.
