We loved this property. You cannot beat the location. Communication with the manager was impeccable. The amenities were so useful, especially the bikes and golf cart. We would definitely stay here again!

We had such a lovely week at Watercolor. The house is in a great location and well maintained (few minor things but the rental company stayed on top of it). The LSV was so fun to drive around and the bikes got great use as well. Few things to know….The house provides beach and pool towels. If you go to the Beach Club or Camp Watercolor they will give you towels there. There were two broken down (but still useable) beach chairs that we brought with us to the beach club one afternoon. I gathered these may have been left by past renters. It would be great if the house provided 4 beach chairs and maybe an umbrella as the rentals can get pretty pricey. All the pools are heated through late spring. There is a pool two doors away from the house (Dragonfly) that’s lovely and typically very quiet. You can not enter it from the back of the house, only the front.The keypad to get into the house is on the side door. We got in late the first night and it took us a bit to realize we needed to drive around (west Wisteria ln), park in back, and then access the side door. More general info on these types of things would be EXTREMELY helpful from the management company. Also a key or way to enter through the front door would also come in handy. There is a keurig machine as well as a drop coffee maker.Nice starter set was left in each bathroom and kitchen which was great. Nothing needed to check out but lock the door which made departing so much easier! Great time and highly recommend!
