This spacious two-story building is divided into two. separate homes. Duplex #1 is being occupied by tenants that will be present on the property and will share the backyard and indoor pool. Duplex #2 is for Vrbo renting which is on the first and second floor.

As you enter, you'll find a welcoming living room and a fully equipped kitchen on the lower level, perfect for relaxation and dining. There is a step down from the kitchen area to the living room. Head upstairs to discover comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms.

The backyard is a lovely highlight, offering a large space with stunning views of the city of Banning. It's a great spot to unwind or enjoy outdoor activities. There is a washer and dryer available on the property, but they are located outside and shared with other tenants.

You will find caged animals on the property, including chickens, bunnies, and cats. While you can look at them, we would appreciate it if you left them alone and did not grab or touch them. Please keep in mind there are animals on property! Outdoor Cats roaming free throughout property.
