We appreciated the quick response to our issue with the AC not working in our condo. The repairman was helpful and informative. The location was convenient and check in/out was easy and fast.

Very nice unit. This is our go to when we want to stay at port aransas. Door to balcony had broken handle so had to use bedroom door. Slight water drip from AC vent in bathroom from condensation. Nothing drastic and it has done that before. Ceiling in bathroom needs repairs and paint. It’s a great unit with a great view. Oh, and the coffee pot does not allow pour and brew at the same time. Found that out the hard way. Gotta wait till it’s completely done brewing. Nice property, good pool, and easy beach access.

The owner has replacement door handles on order, and the bathroom drip is from condensation between floors, which a dehumidifier helps manage. Nice clean condo with great views. Located on the 3rd floor so you can see the water but not the beach due to the dunes. It was far enough down the beach that it wasn’t too crowded during spring break.

Lovely clean and functional apartment. Great views. A little remote from shops and restaurants, so a car is required. Private boardwalk to beach is a nicevtouch, although possibly not the best part of Aransas beach. Pool was clean and inviting, although a little cold at time of our visit.

Great condo in a 36 unit property on Mustang Island /Port Aransas between Cinnamon Shore North and South. Great beach access and quiet. Lovely walk down a boardwalk across the dunes.

This was a great property! Clean and well laid out. There’s only 4 cons that I can think of: 1) we only got scalding hot water in the guest bathroom - no matter what way we turned the handle, 2) I know we are on the beach with beautiful views but the master room should have room darkening drapes - we couldn’t even get the shears to close not that that would help, 3) the patio furniture needs to be upgraded, and 4) the living room furniture needs a good cleaning. These are all minor issues that can be fixed easily. These condo is in a great location and easy access to the beach. The check-in/out process was so simple and easy. The condo would be top notch if the 4 items are addressed.

Wonderful place

The condo was clean, comfortable furniture, a large balcony with a view of the pool and ocean. I loved having a washer and dryer. I could have brought a lot fewer clothes with me.The location was great, the building was very quiet, and having a pool was wonderful.

Great Stay in Port A

Check in was easy. The Embrace condo was very clean, and we loved the location and floorplan. we loved the balcony and view too. The beach was also clean, and the water was clear during our visit. We stayed three nights and enjoyed the beach, pool, local restaurants and fishing during our visit. The only suggestion I would add is to stock the kitchen with basic seasonings and I prefer a soft bed. These beds were on the hard side. I would not hesitate to return to the Embrace but would pack a mattress topper.

Furniture was old and dirty. Mattresses were 17 and 11 years old and painful to sleep on. The second bedroom bed actually creaked when you sat on it and there was not a dresser to put your clothes. Master bedroom only has a shear drape over the windows and there was no privacy drape so you cannot change your clothes in the bedroom. The pool was dirty and had dead insects including a centipede at the bottom we could have stepped on. I have never had this problem with any other place I have stayed through VRBO.
