This 15-bedroom, 16-bathroom complex is located in Sosua (Puerto Plata province - Dominican Republic), and has a size of approximately 15000 sq. ft. The residence has a private pool, is right on the beach and is a few minutes' drive from all amenities (restaurants, shops, clubs, bars etc.)

Main features include:
- Gated/secured complex, comprising of 2 villas, each with its own private entrance, garden and pool!
- One villa is pure beachfront, with unobstructed sea views!
- Check-in with English-speaking staff
- Fully furnished and equipped: all linen and towels are provided, along with a starter kit of consumables (soap, water, toilet paper etc.)

- For smaller groups, rooms can be locked and the rate will be reduced accordingly. For larger groups, we can arrange an additional adjacent villa.

A few house rules:
- The residence is guest-friendly (you can invite anybody without any additional fee, respecting the maximum overnight capacity of 2 adults per bedroom).
- Pets are not allowed.
- Smoking is only allowed in the outside areas.
- Proof of identity and refundable deposit required by residence.
- Flexible check-in/check-out times, according to availability (during office hours only).

Housekeeping can be arranged upon request, and other optional services (such as chef, driver, car rental etc.) can be organized as per your requirements.

Rates vary according to seasons and the duration of your stay: massive discounts are possible for long-term rentals and low-season bookings (if you find a lower price, we will match it)! Also, only a small down payment is required to confirm the booking.
