Schöne Beachfront Eckeinheit im 5. Stock im Gebäude "Ocean Harbor South".
Der große umlaufende Balkon bietet direkten Blick auf den Atlantik und den Strand. Das Wohnzimmer und das Hauptschlafzimmer bieten ebenfalls einen herrlichen Meerblick.
Die Küche verfügt über moderne Geräte und ist komplett für Ihren Aufenthalt ausgestattet.
Einheit wurde gut gepflegt und ist durchgehend gefliest.
Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett (Simmons Beautyrest), einen begehbaren Kleiderschrank und eine große römische Dusche mit Regenduschkopf zur Deckenmontage.
2. Schlafzimmer hat ein Queen-Size-Bett (Simmons Beautyrest) und einen begehbaren Kleiderschrank.

WIFI und Kabelfernsehen mit HBO eingeschlossen.

Kommen Sie und entkommen Sie, indem Sie kilometerlange Privatstrände genießen oder wenn Sie nach mehr Aufregung suchen, gibt es viele Aktivitäten in der Nähe.

Wir sind 2 Stunden von Walt Disney World und Seaworld entfernt.
Wir sind 15 Minuten südlich von Vero Beach und 1 1/2 Stunden nördlich von West Palm Beach. Fort Pierce liegt direkt auf der anderen Seite des Damms. Es gibt viele tolle Restaurants und kleine Boutiquen zu entdecken.

Die Unterkunft wurde im Dezember 2013 renoviert. Außerdem wurden alle Möbel im Hauptschlafzimmer, im Wohnzimmer und im Esszimmer ausgetauscht.
Im Jahr 2014 wurden die folgenden Upgrades durchgeführt: neuer Kühlschrank, neue zentrale Klimaanlage, neue Frontlader-Waschmaschine und -Trockner, neuer Warmwasserspeicher und neue Sanitäranlagen.
Im Jahr 2017 wurden die folgenden Upgrades durchgeführt: Die Küche wurde komplett renoviert, einschließlich Schränken und Granitoberflächen. Verbesserter Herd, Mikrowelle und Geschirrspüler. Der Waschtischbereich des Hauptbadezimmers wurde einschließlich der Granitplatte überarbeitet. Fliesen in der gesamten Wohnung wurde ebenfalls erneuert.
Im Jahr 2018 wurde ein Samsung French Door Kühlschrank gekauft.
Im Jahr 2019 wurden alle Möbel im 2. Schlafzimmer ausgetauscht.

Host has a beautiful property, listing is accurate and everything is well organized and thought out. The wrap around balcony points directly to the a beautiful sunrise and also provides equally good sunsets. The use of beach umbrellas, cabana and chairs was appreciated.

Snowbird Retreat

We're nearing the end of our second year's multi-week stay. The grounds and complex are well-managed. This particular condo is nicely furnished, with personal owner touches and upgrades in every area. The master bed is very comfortable. The ocean views from inside and from the wraparound balcony are outstanding. We're hoping to return again next year for a third stay.

Amazing

This condo rates a 10 in every respect. Its south facing wrap around balcony was a favorite spot for us during our 4 month stay. Everything is in new condition & very clean . The uncrowded beach is just steps away & the large heated pool is wonderful for swimming laps or just hanging out with other friendly residents. Home away from home

This condo had everything you need. The kitchen is well stocked. The views are beautiful. My husband and I had the pleasure of meeting one of the owners, Katherine. She lives in Canada but was in Florida while we were there. She was nice and very easy to talk with. We will be back to enjoy the condo again.

Spectacular view !!!

First of all ,thank you Keith for a great and memorable stay.We wanted an oceanfront view and a corner unit which gave us a terrific view of the ocean and the sunrises , which we got.The unit was clean,bright , well functionning , and updated . A+ GETAWAY!

If we could give this property a "10", we would! The attention to detail is evident throughout, and the owner was personable, accommodating, and responsive. The community is quiet and well-maintained. Inside the condo, the kitchen is well-stocked with quality kitchenware, etc., the beds are comfortable, the appliances and washer & dryer are newer, and we loved the overhead rain shower in the owner's suite bathroom. The extended balcony offers such spectacular oceanfront views, you won't want to leave. If you are looking for a clean, bright and welcoming condo, this is it! We absolutely loved our stay at this property and highly recommend it.

Excellent Stay

We had a great stay at the condo. Everything was setup perfectly and the view from the balcony was second to none. A perfect height on the 5th floor and the end unit so you get the wrap-around balcony which is great. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need and the little GE electric grill got a lot of use and was a nice touch. Almost like having a bbq. The master bathroom shower had been redone and was really nice and spacious as well. The clicker works from the 5th floor kitchen to let people past the gate which is a convenient feature. Sure beats heading downstairs every time. The owner was very responsive and I would highly recommend this condo and I see us coming back there some time.

A little piece of paradise!

Katharine’s place was the perfect spot on the beach and the end unit was ideal for our 87 yr old parents! Being able to have a drink or coffee and watch the ocean, sunrise or sunset was perfect! Place was super clean and completely updated! We will always remember our little piece of paradise!!

Beautiful condo - in need of maintenance

Too many maintenance requests requiring us to wait around for repair estimates / measurements, such as new vertical blinds, broken ice-maker, new storm shutters switching cable and WiFi companies. Spent 4 vacation days waiting on repair people, with at least 4 more days of repairs scheduled upon our departure. Maintenance should be completed between rental periods!

I am disappointed that you didn't have an experience that met your expectations. It is true that we had some maintenance issues arise during your stay. Our guests that stay for 4 months, as you did, are usually ok with us dealing with minor issues during their stay. I wish that you had made it clearer that this was annoying for you. When you reported that the blinds had broken, we assumed that you would want it fixed as soon as possible. We like to be responsive to our guests. The WIFI changes were for the building as a whole and were largely out of our control, but I'm glad you were able to delay most of that work until after you left. Regarding the storm shutter measurement appointment, we could definitely have delayed it if we had known that this was so frustrating to you. Once again, I apologize for the miscommunication and I will be sure to warn future guests that maintenance issues can occur.

We loved it!

We greatly enjoyed our stay in the recently updated condo with a wrap around balcony overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. The view was spectacular and the grounds were impeccable. My husband and I purchased this property back in December 2012 with my husband's parents, Keith & Joan Miller, who lived just 30 minutes away.
As of December 2020, Darrel & I are the sole owners. We live in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, but have been responsible for the management and rental of the unit since it's initial purchase.

The ocean views are remarkable. The large wrap around balcony and the extra light from the windows, make this corner unit simply fantastic.
