Peyton Cottage is the perfect place for you if you're looking for handicapped-accessible accommodations! This "tiny" home has ramp access, grab bars in the bathroom, and a step-in shower. With no carpet in sight, there is no need to leave your furry friend behind, as this property is pet-friendly. Our full kitchen has cookware, dishes, a crockpot, a toaster and blender, a microwave, a range, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator. The cozy bedroom has a queen bed, ceiling fan, dresser, and closet storage. The living room has a futon sofa, recliner, and 32" wall-mounted Roku SmartTV. We're also close to the hospital, airport, mall, and theater. Our goal is to make you feel right at home.
*NOTE - this property is a guest cottage detached from the main house. There will be tenants in the main house during your stay. You will have access to your the entire cottage and your own private backyard.

Lastly, you’ll be asked to send a clear photo of the credit or debit card used for booking, showing the cardholder’s name and last 4 digits only (please cover the rest of the numbers for your security).

TRASH/SANITATION: If your stay includes Wednesday night, please take the trash and recycle bins to the curb for pick up that night. If your stay includes Thursday after 5:00 pm, please take the trash and recycle bins from the curb to the side of the house or designated trash bin area. The trash and recycle bins must be at the curb no later than 6 am for pick up on Thursday. On collection day - place your wheeled container within two feet of the curb with the opening facing the street. Do not place the container in the street. Please make sure the container is clear of mailboxes, utility poles, parked vehicles, low-hanging wires, or tree limbs. Thank you for helping keep our property in clean, sanitary condition for future guests.
We comply with ADA requirements regarding Service Animals. A service animal is one that is trained to do specific work or perform a specific task for the benefit of an individual with a disability. Your service animal is welcome anytime, but we must be notified beforehand. Please answer the following questions if you intend to bring a Service Animal: Is your animal a Service Animal or an Emotional Support Animal? - If you leave your pet on the premises, the pet must be kenneled for their safety, the safety of maintenance staff, and to avoid unintentional damage.
- Do not allow your pet on the furniture.
- Your pet must be treated for fleas and ticks prior to check-in.
- Excessive barking is prohibited.
- If your pet has separation anxiety, DO NOT leave him/her in the home alone.
- Dogs must be even-tempered, well-behaved, sociable, and in good health. If your dog is anxious, aggressive, or likely to be highly stressed, it is probably in its best interest to make alternative plans.
- Do not allow your pet to relieve themselves indoors, on patios, on decks, or on balconies. Please clean up all pet waste. Any waste left behind will result in a $100.00 fine.
- Your pet must be up-to-date on its vaccinations prior to check-in.
- Be sure to clean and vacuum regularly during your stay to keep pet hair and dander to a minimum.
- Be aware of local laws, ordinances, and rules regarding animals.
The Pet fee is $100 plus applicable tax.
Booking guest accepts responsibility for any and all damage to property or persons resulting from the pet hosted under the reservation, including, but not limited to: feces, urine, chewing, scratching, or destruction of property.
Guests violating our Pet Policy will be fined and/or asked to leave, forfeiting any remaining rental nights. Please be conscious and respectful of our neighbors and host.
