A Keurig coffee maker is available for guests, making it easy to start your mornings with a fresh cup of coffee while enjoying the quiet surroundings. The inviting living spaces are warm and welcoming, ideal for unwinding after a day of outdoor fun.

The home features a comfortable and practical bedroom layout that works well for families and groups. Downstairs, there are two bedrooms — one with a queen bed and another with two twin beds, perfect for kids or additional guests. Upstairs, you’ll find the spacious king master bedroom, offering a private and relaxing retreat.

For water lovers, a private dock awaits your boats and jet skis, providing easy access to the lake. The dock area features a water depth of approximately 4–6 feet, making it great for swimming, fishing, or simply relaxing by the water’s edge. Guests can also enjoy complimentary use of the kayak and floats, perfect for exploring the lake or drifting the day away in total relaxation.

This property welcomes pets with a one-time, non-refundable fee of $300, requiring confirmation at the time of booking. Pets are not permitted on any bedding or furniture, and guests are responsible for removing all pet waste from the property. Unauthorized pets will incur a fee of $500.
