I’m a family-oriented host who takes pride in providing a clean, comfortable, and stress-free place to stay. I know how important it is to feel at home when you’re traveling-whether you’re here for a relaxing vacation, quality time with loved ones, work/focus, or a special occasion-and I do my best to make every stay smooth from start to finish. I own a huge 3 bed 3 bath unit# 1702 for up to 10 guests that is right next door and this 1 bedroom 2 bath unit# 1703 that is for up to 6 guests. I have hosted groups of up to 17 that booked both units.
I genuinely enjoy hosting because I like helping people have a great experience. I pay close attention to details, value clear and fast communication, and I’m always available if you have questions or need anything during your stay. My goal is for guests to feel welcome, comfortable, and confident they chose the right place.
I treat every property as if my own family were staying there and aim to deliver the kind of experience that earns repeat visits and five-star reviews.

I chose this neighborhood because it offers the best balance of beautiful beachfront, a more relaxed atmosphere, and convenience. This part of Panama City Beach is known for being cleaner, quieter, and a little less crowded than other areas and know to be more tranquil, which makes it ideal for families, couples, and anyone looking to truly unwind.
Tidewater Beach Resort sits directly on the beach and offers stunning Gulf views, while still being close to great restaurants, shopping, and attractions-without the constant noise and congestion found in busier sections of the beach. I especially enjoy how peaceful it feels in the mornings and evenings, and how easy it is to enjoy the beach without feeling overwhelmed. YET, everything, from restaurants and bars are a short walk or quick drive away. For example, its about a minute walk or 4 minute drive to Pier Park.
It’s a great area for morning walks along the shore, watching sunsets from the balcony, and relaxing in a setting that feels both safe and well cared for. For me, it’s the perfect place to enjoy Panama City Beach at its best.

That kind of beachfront access and uninterrupted view is truly special.
Inside, the unit offers a generous layout with 1 bedroom, hallway Bunk bends, sofa bed, and 2 full bathrooms, plenty of room for small families to enjoy and relax. It’s thoughtfully furnished with a fully equipped kitchen that makes you feel right at home.
But even beyond your private space, Tidewater elevates the experience with resort-style amenities you won’t find in typical vacation rentals. You and your guests have access to multiple Gulf-front lagoon pools, an indoor heated pool, an extensive fitness center with Roman spa, steam room, and sauna, an on-site restaurant & Bar, and a shop that also prepares and sells Starbucks drinks, a movie room, arcade, and more. There’s something for every age and interest right on site.
Plus, the location on the west end of Panama City Beach means you’re close to great shopping, dining, and entertainment - without the congestion of busier areas.
