Designed with airy, modern coastal décor, The Graybrooke offers three levels of luxury living that comfortably host up to 12 guests. Enter on the main floor to find a cozy den perfect for movie nights or board games, surrounded by four guest bedrooms, each with private ensuite baths—ideal for families or groups seeking both comfort and privacy.
First Floor Includes:
• Two KING bedrooms, each with private bath
• One QUEEN bedroom, with private bath
• One Bunk-style room with FOUR TWIN beds, and ensuite bath
• Additional half bath and laundry room
Upstairs, the primary suite delivers elevated luxury with a KING bed, ensuite spa-like bath, and direct access to the expansive upper porch overlooking the pool and ocean. A sixth bedroom, complete with TWO TWIN beds and private bath, is also on this level.

• Optional trip insurance is available through Rental Guardian—we recommend it, especially during hurricane season (June–November)
• Check-In 4:00 p.m. / Check-Out 10:00 a.m.
• 50% of Total Balance Due at Booking; Final Balance Due 30 Days Prior to Arrival
• If you are Booking within 30 days of your arrival, 100% is due at the time of Booking
• Family-friendly (No parties or events allowed)
• Strict noise ordinance enforced by the City of Isle of Palms; Violations will result in fines
• No smoking and No Pets (non-negotiable)
Optional Fees
• Pool Heating -$150/night (Pool Heater doesn't work if ambient temperature is below 50 degrees)
• Early Check-in $75/hour / Late Check-out $75/hour (subject to availability)
