Welcome to "Beach Happy"! This gorgeous top floor penthouse oceanfront 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom Shipwatch Villas condo is located in the private gated community of the Omni Resort ~ Amelia Island!

This is a beautifully appointed and tastefully decorated condo with unobstructed panoramic views of the ocean on the east side and tranquil views of the Intracoastal on the west.

Wonderful kitchen area with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops as well as bar seating and a separate dining area, make casual oceanfront dining delightful! Comfortable living area with new couches has ample living room seating for relaxing and watching tv or just gazing out at the ocean! The patio has stacking sliding doors just off the living room lead to the oceanfront balcony area with two patio tables and ample seating beckon you to enjoy the cool ocean breezes and amazing views of the Atlantic Ocean!

All bedrooms are wonderfully equipped with plush beds and luxurious sheets for a restful night's sleep and tv's in all rooms. The spacious master bedroom is beautifully furnished with a king bed for comfort while leading to a fully updated spa-like master bath en suite with Barn Door as well as fabulous Intracoastal views from the balcony area. Come relax and enjoy the mature trees and natural beauty of Amelia Island!

The second bedroom hosts neutral tones for relaxation and comfort. This room is wonderfully furnished with a queen bed and beautifully appointed furniture.

The gorgeous hall bathroom is beautifully updated and boasts a nicely done walk in tiled shower and vanity.

The third bedroom has two double beds with dressing area leading to the fully updated bathroom and large walk-in closet!

Come relax and enjoy the sunny days of Amelia Island and the Omni Resort! Whether you are relaxing by the oceanfront pool (heated seasonally), strolling on the beach searching for shells and shark's teeth or just exploring all that the Historic area of Fernandina Beach has to offer, we look forward to sharing our fabulous condo and Amelia Island/Fernandina Beach with you!

**NOTE - There are 6-8 stairs once off the elevator before entering the condo**

**Omni Main pool, golf course and fitness center are not included with this rental. However, Shipwatch Villas has a wonderful oceanfront pool (seasonally heated) available for use as well as Omni public amenities.**

Spacious condo with incredible oceans views. Short walk to the beach. We travels with two other couples. Plenty of space for the 6 of us. Outdoor balcony was a perfect spot to watch the sunrise every morning. Super comfortable beds and everything you need for cooking in the kitchen and going to the beach with provided chairs umbrellas and wagons/carts. Fantastic place!!

Beautiful condo.

Beautiful condo, clean, spacious and well stocked. The patio area was a disappointment as it was virtually a wind tunnel so you couldn’t stand on the balcony to enjoy being at the beach nor could you see the beach from the living area. Lots of steps to go to the beach and pool which was not a problem for the young but might be mentioned so those with medical conditions might be aware. One repair needed in the master bedroom window which doesn’t close all the way. All in all we enjoyed our stay at the beach.

Perfect getaway for our family

There are so many things to like about this property. The location is ideal; close to the beach walkover and steps to the pool. Plenty of parking, easy access to elevator and short walk up small flight of stairs to unit. The floor has only two units, was quiet with unobstructed view of beach and pool. The beach is wide, even at high tide. The waves were decent, water as clear as you’d expect and we swam almost every day. There were few people on the beach. It felt like we had it to ourselves. The pool was similarly uncrowded. Inside the unit, the photos capture the layout well. As a corner unit, we had nice views all along the coast. Note, the floors are tile throughout. The kitchen is well stocked and had everything we needed. All appliances were new and in good working order. The Omni Resort is gated, lovely landscaping, quiet, nice walking or biking trails and close to grocery shopping or the resort amenities. We loved Amelia Island, the resort and this accommodation for a family of 6 adults and two toddlers. I can recommend without reservation.

Much Needed Getaway

We enjoyed our stay! The views were breathtaking and the accommodations were satisfactory although it could use a “deep cleaning” to ensure that all guests feel more comfortable. We usually travel with our own Clorox wipes, Windex, etc. so we just cleaned a few areas and wiped down some others.

Great view, wonderful stay

We are a family group who rented this property and the one next door (# 1985125). This is a great option for a large group - the two are maybe 40' apart on the top floor of one of the Shipwatch buildings. This unit has a lovely, large master suite with a balcony overlooking the intracoastal. The living room and deck overlook the ocean - just gorgeous. The unit was clean and pleasant. Great stay.
