This dual level home offers two units. This is for the rental of the main level unit ONLY which will have exclusive use to the pool - NO Adirondack Chair ACCESS.

Upon arriving at the Ocean Bay Park ferry dock, take a quick 2-3 minute walk up to the ocean where you will find Gatsby's, with a sprawling deck facing the ocean. Built into the main level deck is our newly added heated salt water plunge pool, outdoor dining table with seating for 12, or enjoy a soak in the hot tub,

When the evening is settling down you and your guests can enjoy the living room inside. Living area has generous seating equipped with smart TV and sound bar. The main level offering a wet bar area. One of the many favorite things guests noted about the living room is the double sliding glass doors letting in the fresh breeze and allowing for easy indoor/outdoor entertainment.

The main level deck is where you can spend time in the salt water heated pool, perfect for a quick dip any time of day or head into the hot tub. Rinse off the sand(please) in the outdoor shower. Perfect for any size group with an outdoor dining table with seating for 12 and endless entertainment space.

Be assured everyone will be comfortable in one of the three bedrooms (Pool Level Sleeps 12). Each bedroom has recessed lighting, window ACs, large closets, dresser space, and wifi throughout.

No shortage of space when it comes time to get ready either. With 2 full bathrooms amongst the entire home, one of those with connecting outdoor shower, perfect for those who don’t want to miss a moment outside. No need to overpack or go home with dirty clothes either, washer and dryer units are also available.

On the main level you will find three additional bedrooms with natural light shining in from the oversized windows and two bathrooms, one with a connecting outdoor shower.

The main level bedrooms are furnished with bunkbeds in each room. Queen size beds on the bottom and twin size on top. The first bedroom on the main level is an oversized double room with two bunk beds and sleeps 6.

Whether you choose to cook indoors or out on the grill, we want to make it as easy by providing the cooking utensils, supplies and propane. Kitchen include an electric stoves, microwave and fridge/freezer with room for all your groceries. Pool level has seating at the kitchen table for 6 and main level deck can accommodate 12.

Enjoy the day at the beach just a few steps away from the house making it simple to come back and take a dunk in the pool, grab lunch or cool off in the shade.

OBP is less restrictive when it comes to enjoying the beach. Bring your cooler and your dog. (this isn't Ocean Beach)

The nearby Village of Ocean Beach is a quick 10 minute bike ride or 20 minute walk for more dining, shopping & entertainment options.
