Welcome to Castle Azul, a stunning canal-front vacation home on Anna Maria Island! Just one block from the Bay, a short walk to the Gulf of Mexico, and two blocks from Pine Street and the Anna Maria City Pier, this home offers the perfect island retreat.

With four bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms, there's ample space for everyone. The open living area features large windows with beautiful canal views. The fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, a wine fridge, and a spacious island, perfect for quick snacks or coffee on the balcony. Enjoy meals indoors or dine al fresco with fresh seafood on the outdoor grill.

The primary bedroom radiates luxury with a private balcony and an ensuite bathroom with dual sinks and a walk-in shower. Each additional bedroom offers comfort, including a bunk room ideal for younger guests.

Outside, the backyard oasis awaits. Lounge by the pool and hot tub, practice on the putting green, or relax on the dock. Try your luck fishing, paddleboarding, or kayaking, and keep an eye out for manatees! For indoor fun, play ping pong or catch a movie in the lounge.

Explore all seven miles of the island with the free trolley or book a local adventure like a fishing charter, dolphin tour, or bike rental. Castle Azul is your luxury island getaway!

OF NOTE:
-The elevator is not in service.
-The fireplace in the living room is not operational.
-For security and insurance purposes, there are exterior-only video cameras on the premises. Three cameras have a view of the driveway, pool equipment (side of house), and dock.

PETS: A dog is allowed with prior approval. Must be well trained and less than 40lbs. 1 dog max. A $150 non-refundable pet fee applies per pet.

PARKING: 4 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

DOCK/BOATS: Dock can accommodate a boat approximately 20ft and has a ladder. **Please note that the boat lift and any motorized watercraft are not available for guest use**

--DISCLAIMER: Depth of the canals and channels vary depending on tides, weather, and other circumstances beyond our control. At times this can result in a water level that is too low to support watercraft. It is the responsibility of the guest to review forecasts and make alternate arrangements for watercraft as necessary.

***OVERCROWDING CONSEQUENCES***
Maximum occupancy of rental homes on Anna Maria Island are set by the Cities and are strictly enforced. An occupant is any person staying overnight, regardless of the number of nights. Due to recent issues of overcrowding in the area, if maximum occupancy is exceeded during your stay, a $1000 (one thousand dollar) overcrowding fee will be charged to the payment method on file and your party will be immediately evicted. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation to keep Anna Maria Island enjoyable for everyone.
