➡️ Minimum Age requirement to rent this property is 21 years old **There are no exceptions**

➡️ Guests must submit an ID to us before they are granted access. There is no exception to this rule

➡️ Furniture and added amenities are in as-is condition and at the discretion of the property owner.

✅ EARLY CHECK IN & LATE CHECK OUT are based on availability and can be requested 24-48 hours prior to arrival/ departure. There is a fee of $100 plus tax for each.
