Bonaire ist eine kleine Insel in der südlichen Karibik und es wirklich einzigartig in der Welt ist. Es ist als ob diese kleine Insel war nur zum Tauchen und Schnorcheln auf der windabgewandten Küste gemacht, wie, von praktisch jedem Ort können Sie die schöne karibische Meer und tauchen ein! Keine andere Insel in der Karibik hat so viele unbeschränkte Ufer Tauchplätze. Steile Wände, schräge Steilwände, spannende Wracks und last, but not least, die Doppel Riff-System, das Ihnen den Atem rauben wird.

Seit mehr als 20 Jahren hat Bonaire Engagement für den Schutz seiner natürlichen Schönheit und Umgebung gehalten. Die Bonaire Menschen erklärt die Gewässer um Bonaire und Klein Bonaire, einer Unterwasser-Marinepark.

Bonaire hat den Ruf, die entspannte, sehr ruhig, und ein Paradies für Taucher. A great experience!

We all were 70, one of us disabled and this was a magical place. Snorkeling out our back door, icy AC, great outdoor space and three comfortable bedrooms. Gorgeous views greeted us every morning and lizards were plentiful and delightful—and all outdoors! definitely would recommend!

Amazing visit with our new Jr Divers

We had an amazing stay at F21 while our kids were getting certified at Buddy next door. The unit encompasses the entire bottom floor of the building and we were a stone's throw from the gorgeous water. We cooked most days and found the kitchen to be well equipped with a good blender, toaster, and even a crockpot in the cupboard. All three bathrooms were clean and modern and the condo was spacious enough for our family of 4. The best part was the effortless access to the house reef - we entered the water from the steps right out front (we got our air from Dive Friends) and it was amazing to dive with our newly certified kids with such low-stress, easy entry. The house reef was great and one afternoon I swam out to snorkel with a pod of dolphins. The long-term residents at Sand Dollar are also exceptionally friendly and helpful. Stuart was great to communicate with prior to our arrival. Thanks so much for sharing this magical place with our family, we will never forget it!

Home Away from Home

Every year, same timeframe the group travels & vacations on Bonaire. From the1st time we stayed in F21 we felt comfortable and at home. The condo was fully furnished, a great kitchen, bedrooms were spacious. Wifi, cable and air condition. But to us sitting near the seawall after a long day of diving, snorkeling or sightseeing enjoying the sunsets, and each other was and still to this day is our highlight. We luv going and staying at F21, and we look forward to continue staying there.

F21 Our Home Away

We have stayed at Sand Dollar for years and have loved every moment. Our most recent stay was a bit stressful when our 2 week stay was doubled booked and we had to stay overnight in another unit. This was unknown to us until we were notified just before our departure. We had booked 6 plus months ahead. However we survived the inconvenience and enjoyed our yearly stay in F21 the following day. We will be back in 2025…we love F21…love Bonaire!!

Perfect location

Gorgeous apartment, fully renovated. Steps from the ocean. We particularly enjoyed the exterior space, loungers and a large table where everyone can sit around and have a convivial meal while listening to the ocean. Highly recommend.

incredible 3 bedroom stay

We loved staying again in F-21. It is our favorite place to stay in Bonaire. The back patio is great for a wonderful outside meal with its water view and there is a great breeze and spots to hang gear for drying for the next day's dives. The inside of the unit is spacious and well thought out. It is a short dive to pick up tanks or rinse gear at Dive Friends Sand Dollar which is our favorite dive operation with lots of spots on the island to pick up and exchange tanks. Thanks again for a wonderful stay.

Fantastic Bonaire property

Love the convenience to the dive shop and the ability to swim off the property. A little disappointed in the pool. In the pictures it looked convenient to the unit but it was right next to Eddy’s. Otherwise the property was clean, well-kept, set up for divers and communication with the owner was always timely. Thank you! We will stay with you again!!!

Wonderful Condo with great Snorkeling /Diving

Cannot imagine better location: we did everything from early morning to late night snorkeling, entering water less than 15 yards from back patio. Cleaning and drying dive equipment was total breeze on patio. There were fans in every room and screens on every door and window. The condo complex community was full of amazingly friendly residents who offered supplies, advice, diving equipment, and camaraderie.

Now we know why everyone loves F21. Easy walk to the water and places to hangout your scuba gear. The staff at Sand Dollar is always friendly and helpful. The guys and gals at Dive Friends are ready to make our scuba dreams come true. Don't forget to eat at Breezes and Bites too. Thursday Burger night is so much fun! Fabulous stay

Our second time at this property/unit. We love the ability to snorkel right out our back door! Unit is clean and kitchen is fully appointed. A/C is nice when there in the heat of the summer. They even supplied a cooler and cold packs which was great for day trips. Bring shampoo, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, and a dish towel.

Our stay in Paradise

We’ve been to Bonaire several times and always stayed at Sand dollar. This is my favorite room. You are so close to the water. Breakfast outside on the patio was wonderful. The diving and snorkeling were wonderful right in front of the room. We will definitely be back. Six adults stayed very comfortably in this room. The kitchen is well stocked.

We love F21!!

We have stayed in this property for years. Always a great time. However this time we had a few bumps…refrigerator had to be replaced after we had just loaded with our stuff and was replaced with a much smaller unit that could not hold everything. The air units worked well except the unit in one of the bedrooms….finally tended to but still never cooled the bedroom down comfortably. We have always had positive interaction staff but this time the young man who provided services was not very friendly and appeared annoyed by our requests, etc. Ladies at the front off were great!! We still love Sand Dollar F-21!!!!

Large comfy family condo with easy shore diving

The condo unit was very clean. Air conditioning worked well. Kitchen was extremely well stocked with items I normally do not find in VRBO listings (tsp/tbsp measuring, strainer, multiple pot sizes, serving bowls, plastic food storage, etc.) Outside, there are benches with tank retainers, a multitude of wetsuit and BCD hangers, a hose and rinse container, and plenty of room to lay out equipment. Of course the best part is the shore dive access stairs about 30 feet from the porch. Outstanding shore dives from this location (the unit is right next to Buddy's reef to the right, and the Sand Dollar house reef to the left). Could easily have spent several days just diving the reefs and drop offs right outside the unit.

Family vacation of a lifetime

We had a wonderful family vacation in Stuart’s F21 Sand Dollar Resort condo. The condo was spacious, clean and had all the amenities we needed. Resort staff were friendly and there is a very laidback and relaxed atmosphere at the resort. We loved that the condo was at the ground floor with a nice outside porch area to enjoy family time and an amazing ocean view. The sunsets over the ocean were phenomenal. There was world class diving and snorkeling right in front of the resort (Bari Reef) with easy access via stairs and a small beach area. There is a reputable SCUBA outfit connected to the resort (Dive Friends of Bonaire). My two oldest children did their training for their PADI Open Water SCUBA certificate while we were there and loved it. There are many great restaurant choices within walking distance of the condo including Breeze ‘n Bites, which is right next to the resort with a fantastic ocean view. Stuart was very accommodating and responded fast to any questions we had. I highly recommend Stuart’s wonderful vacation rental.

Best Condo on Bonaire

We returned to F21 after 20 years! We have been to Bonaire 20+ times but always stayed in 2BR Villa in Sand Dollar. This visit we needed 3BR and jumped at the chance to stay in F21. The condo has been marvelously renovated. Kitchen and Bath rooms, especially important, were in top-notch condition. The HVAC and fans operate very well. Porch has nice beach loungers, lots of places to hand wetsuits after diving. The location on Sanddollar is superb. We've stayed in many Sanddollar units, and not everyone recently, honestly, but there can't be one in better condition that F21.

Location:
Bonaire is located 30 miles from Curacao; 50 miles north of Venezuela and 86 miles east of Aruba, outside the hurricane belt. The island is 24 miles long by 3-7 miles wide, 112 square miles. Its highest point is Brandaris Hill, 784 feet.

Yearly average temperature is 82° F (27.8° C), average water temperature is 80° F (26.7° C), average humidity is 76%, and the island receives lots of sunshine.

Papiamentu is the local language. Most residents also speak Dutch, Spanish, and English.
