Brand-new self-contained two bedroom bungalow, perfect for two to four guests. It is located in the parish of Vale, a 5 to 10 minute walk to Bordeaux Harbour and beach where you can enjoy walking the beautiful Guernsey coastline. It is a 10 minute walk to shops, takeaways and supermarkets. A peaceful space to relax in your own private garden.

Bookings must be made for a minimum of a week, from Saturday to Saturday in season.

The space
You will walk into an open plan, fully equipped kitchen-diner-lounge. The property has two bedrooms, the master bedroom with a king-size bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers and a twin room with two single beds, wardrobe and dressing table. The bathroom has underfloor heating, a walk-in shower, heated towel rail, toilet and his and hers basins.

From the lounge you can walk out onto a private patio area and garden, where you can enjoy the sun for most of the day. There is a table with four chairs and umbrella. A BBQ can be made available upon request.

There is a parking space right outside the entrance, with an electric car charging point available on the side of the house.

A travel cot, high chair and baby bath are available upon request.

We do not allow pets (other than service dogs, please let us know in advance).

A sofa bed for two can be made available upon request for an additional fee.
