You can also connect your laptop or iPad via HDMI to stream content from your device, and unwind on the comfy furniture.

The abundance of windows creates a bright, nature-filled ambiance while maintaining privacy. The blackout curtains in the living room can also be closed for a dark oasis. Located in central Hollywood, you'll be close to tourist attractions without the hustle and bustle.

Stay comfortable year-round with window AC units in the bedroom and living room, a freestanding fan, and a wall heater.

The bedroom features a queen-size memory foam mattress (with an added mattress pad on top) and a stylish brass frame. Additional sleeping options include a full-size mattress pad (stored in the bedroom closet) and a blow-up queen-size bed, perfect for accommodating up to 4 guests.
The living room couch and ottoman offer yet another comfy spot to relax. At times, people take the mattress pad from the bedroom closet and put it across the couch and large ottoman to create a sleeping place if they prefer that over the air mattress (however, the air mattress plugs in and is also super comfy).

Please note that this unit is not suitable for infants or children under 12 unless they are quiet and well mannered (due to respecting neighbors up above).

The fully-equipped kitchen includes all the essentials for cooking, plus thoughtful extras like condiments, tea, coffee, and basic pantry staples. A Brita water container is available in the fridge. Extra filters are in the cupboard for your use. They should be changed out every couple months.

Check-in is at 4 pm, but earlier check-ins may be possible with advance notice.

You'll have access to the entire unit and front yard area. Please be mindful of noise levels, especially in the front yard and indoors, as voices can travel in metro areas. Smoking is permitted on the sidewalk only.

Two parking passes are provided for street parking, which is typically ample. Additional guest parking without a parking pass is available on Romaine Avenue.

Access to all of the unit and front yard area (as long as you keep noise level down). No smoking in front yard, only at the sidewalk, please no loud voices.

The building is a bit older, so you may hear the neighbors walking around up above occasionally, or they may hear you if you speak very loudly. But usually, you will not hear much. So, please be respectful. But no neighbors are excessively loud. It's quite a tranquil area.

For your convenience, a small portable washing machine and drying rack are available. It fits basic clothes into it, but no large loads. It also does a pretty good job on the spin cycle, partially drying the clothes. It’s great for easy, smaller loads without having to go to the laundromat.
Alternatively, a laundromat located 3-4 blocks away offers quick and efficient service to wash up to 6 loads of laundry in one cycle.
