Please Note: This is a fully operational vineyard, meaning you may see vineyard maintenance taking place near the vines or around the barn during your stay. While we strive to keep disruptions minimal, these seasonal tasks are essential to producing the 13,000+ pounds of hardy grapes harvested annually for winemaking.

Guest Recreation



Guests are welcome to enjoy our complimentary bicycles and paddle boat during their stay!



Bicycles:



2 adult bicycles

1 youth bicycle suitable for an 8-year-old

1 children’s bicycle suitable for a 3-year-old



Paddle Boat:

Our paddle boat is also available for guests to enjoy.



For everyone’s safety, helmets are required when using the bicycles, and all guests must complete and sign the required recreation waiver before using the bicycles or paddle boat. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times, and guests are responsible for following all posted safety guidelines and using the equipment at their own risk.



Only a quick 35 minute drive to Duluth and Spirit Mountain!



You will receive detailed check-in instructions the day before your arrival.



Other Things to Note:

Dogs are welcome with maximum of two dogs per reservation. To ensure a pleasant stay for all our guests and maintain our property in excellent condition, we have a few guidelines for pet stays.



Pet Fee: $35 per night, per pet requested through booking platform after reservation is confirmed, will be an additional charge requested.



To ensure the safety of both our guests and the security of our residence, we have strategically positioned external surveillance cameras around the perimeter of our home.



No Parties or Gatherings

Family gatherings, parties, or any events are not permitted. Only the guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. Violations will result in a $50 per person fee per day or a minimum charge of $1,000, whichever is greater.
