Located just a little over one mile from the beach and close to local shopping, restaurants, and even a nearby gas station, you'll love the convenience of being near it all while still enjoying a peaceful place to unwind. Start your mornings slow with coffee in the kitchen, spend your afternoons exploring Port A like a local, and end the day back at home for a little friendly competition on the shuffleboard table.
When it's time to cool off, the community pool is only steps from your front door, making it effortless to squeeze in a swim between beach trips. Whether you're here for sun-soaked adventures or a relaxing coastal reset, this home checks every box for the perfect getaway.

MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT

• A signed Property Management Rental Agreement Contract is mandatory upon booking
• A copy of the driver's license is required to receive check-in instructions
• Contracting guests of Port A Beach House Company must be 25 years of age or older

GOLF CART INFORMATION

• Golf cart deliveries are scheduled based on check-in times, typically around 4 PM.
• Golf carts are provided through our trusted partner, Beachin' Buggies.
• After your booking is confirmed, Beachin' Buggies will reach out to you directly to finalize the rental details.
• The golf cart is not included in long-term rentals. An additional fee will apply if you wish to add a golf cart to a month-to-month rental.

BEACH GEAR CREDIT INCLUDED

Guests with reservations of 3 to 21 nights at participating vacation properties will receive a credit toward beach gear rentals during their stay. As a gift to you, this home offers beach gear credit for you to select top-quality beach gear for your vacation stay. You can choose from a range of items, including bikes, kayaks, paddleboards, boogie boards, and more. Simply select the gear you want at least 48 hours before your scheduled check-in date, and VayK Gear will take care of the rest. Please note that a small delivery fee may apply.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• A two-night minimum stay is required
• Check-in time is approximate; housekeeping and maintenance make all attempts to be ready by 4 PM but there is no guarantee
• Starter set includes two trash bags, dish soap, two dishwashing pods, one toilet paper roll per bathroom, one paper towel roll, and mini toiletry supplies
• Starter items are intended for one night only and we will not resupply the home
• Construction is always happening somewhere in Port Aransas; we can't guarantee that you won't hear or see construction, building, or community improvement projects and events during your stay
• Cable/WIFI is provided as a convenience; Port A does experience outages from time to time
• There are no refunds for outages of cable/WIFI or if the city pool is closed for cleaning, repair, or maintenance
• Please remember that you are on an island; mosquitoes and pests can be plentiful several times per year
• Our properties are treated by a professional pest control service every month
• WiFi is not compatible with guests working remotely during their stay. We do not guarantee a good connection due to spotty internet on the island
