Clean and comfortable 2-story townhome located 1 block from a quieter and pristine beach. Great little pool available which was rarely being used by anyone. The storage room had plenty of beach chairs, coolers, toys, etc along with beach umbrellas. The air conditioning worked great and we had mostly everything we needed for our stay. Close to restaurants, a Walgreens, and a Publix grocery store. Laundry is coin operated but easy to use and access. Awesome stay overall with no issues whatsoever. Would come back in a heartbeat.

Family Vacation

Our stay was great! The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. We were surprised with the beach supplies and bicycles. Just a short walk to the beach The beach seemed like it was more private I definitely would take my family here again

Accommodations Great, not for those who cant climb 20 or more stairs 5X/day...Not that you spend a whole lot of time in condo...suffice supplies for condo living and beach stuff...but condo updates should not wait too long ...didn't particularly like the queen size bed.,,as acustomed to a king. Encountered one problem during our stay on Holiday weekend and management was very attentive and resolved same day. This would be our 3rd return visit to same Fountainhead Condos that should say enough.

Great location, great space, good pool, only a couple things that took it from a 5 star….the queen bed and pillows were pretty hard. A mattress pad or foam pad would really make the bed much better. But of course, we just like a soft bed. And they could do with a few more kitchen utensils, like, they didn’t have a whisk that I saw. But seriously minor things for the price and location! Those were both superb.

We enjoyed our week in this condo. We were pleasantly surprised that we could see the gulf from the bedroom upstairs and it was only a block to the beach access. We felt safe in the condo but would’ve appreciated security sticks in the sliding doors to ensure safety. The condo was clean and well appointed, however it would be nice to have more washcloths for the week. We were appreciative of the beach supplies and bicycles and used them frequently. The bed on the bottom bunk upstairs was almost on the floor and hard to get up from. The condo was spacious and the AC worked well. The pool was small but we were usually the only ones in it and we enjoyed it. The management communicated very well and left detailed information for the condo. We would stay here again.

Fountainhead condo 3

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice place just walking distance from the beach. Very clean but outdated. The curtains are very worn and see through. The pull out couch is uncomfortable to sit on and the kitchen supplies are pretty skimpy. It would be nice to have two big gas grills to share between the two buildings instead of that old charcoal grill that doesn’t work very would also be nice to have more supplies such as garbage liners, towels, dish soap and detergent if your staying longer than a couple weeks for the amount that we pay.

The check-in process was so easy and the communication with the property owners was excellent. They checked in with me frequently to keep me posted about what to expect and also checked in with me regarding the unit once we arrived. Everything you needed from beach chairs, beach wagon, umbrellas and more. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on Anna Maria Island.

Loved Rental

This was a wonderful unit. Only suggestion I would offer is this; in our debit card using world trying to acquire quarters to wash/dry clothes was a pain. I would gladly pay $50 weekly to not find change!! Seriously. I had debit. Back up credit card. And driver license.

The place is well equipped and clean. One thing that I would like to comment on is the bunk beds in the one bedroom. It is very low to the floor and hard to get out of.
