Our family stayed here to celebrate a 70th birthday. We all enjoyed the views from the balcony and from the dock. The hosts communicated effectively with us throughout the whole process of renting the place. We are definitely coming back again to this property.

This home is spacious with 5 very comfortable bedrooms. It was perfect for our family with adult children. Loved having the kitchen/living room combo and beautiful open view of the lake. We really enjoyed the both outdoor decks and the nice dock. Next time we come, we plan to rent a boat or jet skis. While we didn't use the downstairs kitchen it would be a real plus for those with lengthier stays.

We had an excellent stay and the view is amazing. The property was very nice and suited our needs. The 2 separate levels was great in providing some privacy with lots of space for a large group. My only suggestion would be to review kitchen (2 of them) supplies and provide some grilling utensils (grill also needs some attention). Would definitely stay here again and the host was very quick to reply to questions/needs.

We stayed here for 5 days over July 4th and had an excellent stay. I have rented three homes on Chatuge. over the years and this one is a gem. The owner provides excellent communication, it has an excellent location on the lake with an outstanding view . The property is better in person than in the photos

This property was perfect for a family vacation. The lake and mountain view was fantastic. The house was beautifully decorated and very well equiped with extra little touches that made the stay much nicer(coffeebar, toiletries, wine bar). The floor plan was expansive and felt very roomy. The communication with Simone was great. She was very responsive and the check in process was simple and very informative. Our family has been staying in Hiawassee for several years and this house has been our favorite by far. We can't wait to come back!

Was such a wonderful stay. The house is even more stunning in person! Just a perfect location with all the amenities! We rented a boat and it was perfect to have a dock to store it overnight etc.

What a beautiful home and beautiful views. We had a great time enjoying the kitchen where we played games, watched movies and ate together. We enjoyed the area downstairs where we played pool, ping pong and air hockey while listening to music on the tv. The host was great and answered all of our questions quickly and even alerted us to potential bad weather in the area. A truly awesome place to stay and visit.

Overall excellent property with a great lakefront location. Property was as-advertised, well appointed and exceeded expectations. Communications with the host was exemplary and timely.
