The Space:

Nestled along the coast of La Jolla, just steps from Windansea Beach, this bright and airy studio suite offers a tranquil coastal escape in one of San Diego’s most sought-after neighborhoods. The suite features a plush queen bed, a full bathroom with a bidet, and essential amenities such as a dining table for two, a mini fridge, coffee area, microwave, AC/Heat, and more to ensure a comfortable stay.



The studio has its own entrance through the north driveway and is connected to the main house, which is not accessible to guests, ensuring both privacy and comfort. Street parking only is available during your stay. You will access the driveway, and a code will be provided upon check-in. The lockbox will contain a key for the driveway access gate and a key for your suite. Once you open the gate, stairs will lead down to the unit on the left.



Step outside onto the spacious patio to enjoy the fresh air and breathtaking ocean views. Please note when booking this room, the patio furniture outside of the unit is the only outdoor access that will be available to you. The lower yard areas and beach access are not available unless booking the upgraded access. The upgraded access details will include: A large shared yard (accessible by stairs) where you’ll find a cozy Palapa with a daybed, hammock, BBQ, and jacuzzi. From here, a pathway leads directly to a private beach with access at low tide, as well as a deck with seating by the shore for you to relax and take in the ocean’s beauty.



Please note that the outdoor areas are shared with the main house and another unit. While offering plenty of space and a relaxing atmosphere, they are not fully private. This studio provides the perfect coastal getaway, with everything you need to unwind and enjoy the beauty of La Jolla.

The Surf Shack, built by returning World War II surfers in 1947 for shade and aloha, is a historical landmark. Popular activities: • Surfing: Windansea Beach is known for its surf spot. Visitors can go surfing or bodyboarding • Sunbathing and swimming: Visitors can relax on the beach and soak up the sun or take a dip in the ocean. • Scuba diving and paddle-boating: Visitors can also go scuba diving or paddle-boating. • Pack n' play and high chair available for rent - $25 each plus tax • Smoking is not permitted • Guest ages 25+ unless family groups• Parking: Street parking available for guests. • Pets may be permitted with prior approval and a fee of $150. • Events/parties are not permitted and strictly enforced. • Guest agrees that in outside areas there is no reasonable expectation of privacy and accepts the monitoring of the outside by security cameras. Guest agrees not to tamper with the security cameras. • As part of our standard verification process, we kindly request that the guest signs an additional agreement and verifies ID. Your comfort and security are important to us. The property has two driveways. Your entrance is from the driveway access gate, located on the north side. You will receive a message with the lockbox code prior your arrival. Inside the lockbox you will find two keys: one key opens the gate and other one opens the door to your suite. • Outdoor areas are shared with the main house and another unit.

• Payment terms vary by booking channel. When processed through platforms that allow us to manage payment directly, a 10% deposit is taken at booking, with the remaining balance automatically collected after the cancellation period, as outlined in the cancellation policy. For channels where we do not manage payment, the full reservation amount is due at the time of booking.
