This spacious home is ready for you and your group year-round in scenic Scottsdale, Arizona, near charming Old Town Scottsdale. The fun details throughout the home make this a hip and modern spot for your vacation! Fresh and updated, this comfortable house has plenty of room to spread out and lots of entertainment options!



The Space:

Hang around with your friends and family in the open living room connected to the dining room and updated kitchen. A large sectional sofa is perfect for relaxing. There is a beautiful decorative fireplace by the game/dining table and modern art throughout. The large dining room table converts to a ping pong table and pool table! There is also a shuffleboard table and large screen TV in this area as well - enjoy fun and games! Then gather around the table for mealtime with friends and family.



The kitchen has an island, new appliances and modern finishes. It is fully stocked for both indoor and outdoor cooking - just bring your groceries!



The private, fenced backyard features a covered patio with dining table and seating area, heated pool and built-in BBQ tiki bar area with additional bar seating. Pull up a lounger chair and relax around the pool - heated for free during the colder months. Check out the fun disco pool lighting once it gets dark! There is also a putting green to practice your short game and an orange tree -- squeeze your own juice!



Two hallway bedrooms share a modern bathroom with a bathtub/shower combo. The first bedroom features two twin beds with soothing colors and the second bedroom has a queen bed and television.



The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, dresser and television. The bedroom has a flex space with a twin daybed with a trundle that is separated from the master sleeping area with a sliding barn door. The master suite has a large bathroom with dual sink vanity, walk in rainfall shower with multiple heads and private water closet. The master bedroom opens up to the backyard.



There is a washing machine and dryer in the attached garage - garage is perfect for golf club storage! Parking in driveway or on street. It is a quick Uber ride from the airport or to Old Town Scottsdale!



There are 4 smart TVs in the home ready for your streaming services (or use our Hulu!).



*Pool heat is set at 84 degrees until the pool is naturally warmer (generally sometime in April or May through early October). The ambient air temperature does affect the temperature of pool and temperature is not guaranteed.*

Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the entire home.



Check-in is self-service with a custom door code provided before arrival.



Parking is available in the driveway; please note there is no garage access.



The Neighborhood:

Located in Cox Heights Neighborhood, our home is on a quiet street with nice neighbors. Very convenient location - less than 10 minutes from Old Town Scottsdale and 10 minutes from the airport.



Getting Around:

This home is centrally located with quick access to major roads and freeways, making it easy to get around by car. Most top attractions in Old Town Scottsdale or Downtown Phoenix are just a short drive away. Rideshare services like Uber, Lyft, and Waymo are readily available.



Interaction with Guests:

We offer a fully virtual experience for your convenience - check-in, check-out, and communication are all handled through your app. That said, we're local and always nearby if you need anything during your stay - just send us a message and we’re happy to help!
