Spacious house just across street from the bay. Near the Grand Hotel. Nice kitchen, well functioning appliances. Easy to deal with the owner/manager. Would definitely stay again. Only warning: you must go up stairs so if mobility is an issue, think about that.

Dave is an excellent host and the property was fantastic! Plenty of room for a large family. We happened to be in town for my son’s graduation from the University of South Alabama so it was an easy drive into Mobile. The restaurant options in Fairhope are outstanding as well! Highly recommend this property for anyone that’s looking for a large house in the Point Clear area!

Fishing trip

We had a blast staying here! There was plenty of room to park a boat in the driveway, and it was very close to several boat ramps. We caught a lot of fish, enjoyed the big green egg, and even had a crayfish boil. We will hopefully be staying here again soon!

Wonderful house!

We booked the house to stay in during a baseball tournament in Daphne. The location was perfect! We drove over to Magnolia Beach & Gulf Shores for beach days. The house was just like the photos. It was the perfect space for family! Everything was very clean & beautiful!

Beautiful home included everything we needed down to a coffee maker, steamer, and ironing board. Beds, pillows, seating inside and out was very comfortable. The home was in a nice location too. The host was very helpful and gave great restaurant recommendations. The glass walls of the shower had some soap residue and there was dust on ceiling fan but other than that very clean. If we’re ever back in the area, will definitely stay here again.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at this vacation home! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by how clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained the property was. The interior was spacious yet cozy, filled with thoughtful amenities that made it incredibly easy to settle right in. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the kitchen had every utensil and appliance we needed for cooking, and the outdoor spaces were the perfect place to unwind. The location is also fantastic—peaceful, safe, and just a short drive to the municipal pier and downtown Fairhope. Make sure you take the time to get out and explore the immediate area where you'll find some of the most stately coastal architecture in the country. The hosts were cordial, communicative, and made sure our check-in and check-out process was seamless. It’s clear they genuinely care a great deal about their guests' experience. This property exceeded our expectations and we can’t wait to come back for another stay!Side note: If you're surrounded by bayside luxury, you'll want to make certain you have something delicious on your plate. Be sure to check out the smoked meats at Ben's Jr. Original Bar-B-Que, the seafood gumbo at Lartigue's Seafood Market, and Punta Clara Kitchen's praline pound cake.

The house was beautiful and very large and spacious. We really liked the 2 porches front and back. The kitchen was very well equipped and roomy for a crowd. The beds were all comfortable and the bathrooms were nice too. The upstairs is perfect for a family with several children. We will definitely try to stay here again.
