I had no clue we were not able to park at the actual property. We were there for a baseball tournament and had to leave before the shuttle ran so we had to ask the front desk to shuttle us down to our vehicle before they actually were opened. They were great about it. There was no check in instructions, I had to email the host 2 hours before arrival to find out all the information. It was fairly cold in the condo and had no clue how to find the thermostat, it ended up being behind a picture on the wall. It would have be nice to not have to message the host about how to turn it on and how to find it. The other thing, the Wifi, I had no instruction to it. The service up on the mountain was poor as to be expected but I had to message the host again for the wifi. That could have been in the check in instructions. The host was very responsive but it would have been great to know those few things ahead of time. The towels were all damp due to the dryer not drying them completely. We did have to rewash them due to them smelling moldy from sitting damp in the cabinets. There was no soap so we went and got a small thing of it to wash what we had. The dryer still did not dry them. We had no check out instructions either. We didnt know if we needed to do anything with the trash, bedding, dishes, ect. . No extra trash bags. For future guests, check in and check out instructions would be helpful.
