2019 Sugartop Mountain Condo- Views, Pool, Hot tub

Our two bed, two bath condo sits on the top floor of SugarTop Mountain Resort. The view overlooking the ski slopes and mountains are breathtaking.

Newly updated furniture. We just added a queen couch bed for additional sleeping.

Our balcony overlooks Sugar Mountain Ski Resort and has spectacular sunset views!

Very close to Boone, Banner Elk, and minutes from Grandfather Mtn State Park. Ski in the winter, enjoy the cool mountain air in the summer and watch the leaves change in the fall.

Recently renovated kitchen and new flooring throughout. The master bedroom has a king bed, the guest has a queen and there is a queen pull out sectional couch with a memory foam mattress.

Enjoy the facilities at this wonderful resort. A large indoor pool overlooks the mountains, gym, 2 hot tubs, sauna and steam room are included.

A NOTE ON PARKING
This is a gated resort community
There is a shuttle for parking.
There is a top parking lot for owners and long term renters.
Sometimes, often, during the week guests are allowed to park up top too, and please do not count on this.

PLAN FOR A PARKING SHUTTLE after you unload at the lobby.

The shuttle is very instantaneous, should only add a 3 minutes hassle, AND makes it so you don’t have to drive up the steepest iciest road every time you go in and out.

- NOTE: Vehicles will be parked in the community lot located below the resort. There is a resort shuttle that will take you to and from the resort. Guests are NOT allowed to park in the 100 spots located around the resort. Those are reserved for owners only

Sugar Mountain has a shuttle to the slopes, it runs Friday from 4pm to 11pm, Saturday 8 AM to 11 PM & Sunday 8 AM to 4 PM. You can call and they’ll tell you when they’re going to be back around to pick up here at the Resort….typically the max wait is 30 minutes. It does not run during the week.
