Chill out in this roomy and private basement suite on the stunning north shore.
You’ll be just a short drive from must-see spots like the Capilano Suspension Bridge and Grouse Mountain, and a 20-minute drive to the lively downtown Vancouver and Stanley Park.
The suite features its own private entrance, along with a full kitchen, bathroom, and 2 cozy bedrooms with queen bed, dresser, and TV. Plus, there’s free street parking!
A set of house rules is strictly implemented throughout every stay and must comply:
- No smoking in any form ( electric cigarette, weeds, tobacco )
- No illegal drugs
- No party or gathering of any sort
- No loud noises at all times
- No pets allowed
- Please no 'loud' gatherings. Quiet hours: 9 pm to 8 am
- 1 set of towels will be given per registered guest.
- Only registered number of guests will be allowed to stay, extra person fees apply for additional guests
Cooking essentials provided : Salt & Pepper; Cooking oil; cookware for your convenience.
Baby crib is available upon request for a fee of 50 CAD per night. Kindly inform us at least three days in advance BEFORE your CHECK-IN date to make arrangements for your request.
Guests can enjoy the whole space all to themselves, with no sharing with other visitors. You'll get the suite instructions as soon as your booking is confirmed.
Just a heads up, there are tenants living on the ground floor of the house. The room you'll be staying in is in the basement. Please contact us for noise issues.
