This secluded gem offers a rare opportunity to experience true peace of the Red, close to Slade. Surrounded by vibrant foliage, this home provides a tranquil escape from the everyday hustle. Just 18 miles from Natural Bridge, and only steps away from private trails right on the property, The Green House is more than just a home; it's a sanctuary.

The Green House isn't much to fawn over on the outside. I know, its not some fancy A-frame or luxury spa with a sauna, or nordic cabin. However, everything else it offers is truly a rare experience in the area, as it becomes more and more popular. The Green House sits on acres and acres of untouched land in a place called "Riley Holler'. This space is special for its peace, quiet and privacy. There are NO neighbors in eye sight, you get the entire cliff bowl to yourselves.

Here, you can enjoy the hand built fire pit, crafted by the river rocks on the property, use the large dining table for games or puzzles with loved ones, or simply explore the entire property. Explore the cliff line or search for mini waterfalls by the creek.


The Green House is located just 3 miles from Backwoods Moonshine Museum, 18 miles away from attractions such as Natural Bridge and Miguels Pizza, 15 miles from the Red River Rock House, 13 miles from the Zip Line, 16 miles from the Gorge Underground, 23 miles from hikes such as Grays Arch, and super close to many rock climbing areas in the South Gorge such as PMRP!
The location is perfect, close enough to many fun activities but far enough away from the noise. Not far off from Stanton, Slade, The wedding barn at Appalachian rose farm, or Hemlock Springs!

There is also Super fast and reliable WiFi for streaming movies or work meetings.

There are four private bed rooms, each with its own name-
The Ecosystem (Master bedroom) with en suite bathroom with huge relaxing tub as well as shower. Sea salt is complimentary for a soothing salt soak!
The Space- Double bed, work desk and closet with clothing storage.
The Meadow- Double bed, work desk and huge closet with clothing storage
The Mushroom- queen bed, work desk, dresser, and large closet with more storage.

The living room has mood lighting with LED lights that are remote controlled, two large couches and a futon.

The dining area features a large table with eight chairs, and some extra desk space if needed.

The kitchen has a coffee station with hot water kettle, sugar, a toaster oven, microwave, and a french press.
