Maribel was quick to resolve a problem with the air conditioning. The beds were very comfortable and the space inside was very clean. My only suggestion would be to clean up the backyard/patio area as that would be such an enjoyable space. Overall I would definitely recommend this property!

Bare minimum amenities rental, especially in the kitchen. If you eat more than one meal in the rental you will need to do dishes at least twice a day because there is very little silverware and dishes. Some of the cookware needs to be replaced. No ice maker, no way to make ice. Had to ask for the door code two hours after check in because it hadn’t been sent yet. This rental is in a quiet area.

Very cute townhouse in a convenient area! Maribel was wonderful person to work with when we asked a question she was right there to answer. Great kitchen we cooked our Thanksgiving dinner without any problems! The only negative thing was the beds were too hard for our liking but that’s our opinion. She is an awesome host with an awesome home!

The home is wonderful. It has recently been nicely updated and it is comfortable with nice furnishings. We did experience an issue with the air conditioner, but the owner was very responsive and had it addressed quickly. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Week

I had a great week staying at this location. The house was beautiful with all resources available. Everything was so clean. Really neat upstairs patio that the sunset came in each morning. Went fishing and biking around lake hefner. Enjoyed my time here.

It was nice and close to things and a safe neighborhood. The fans and lights were not working properly in the bedrooms. They would turn on in the middle of the night. The remotes for the fan/lights were not working properly

This was a very nice place to stay and centrally located. The host gave many instructions but not all, particularly departure instructions. We did need to ask repeatedly for entry instructions, which was needlessly stressful. We chose this location because of its central location and—importantly—its proximity to great walking paths. The owner should highlight this and give instructions to the path.Big gaps were a lack of kitchen amenities, hand towels, blankets and HANGARS!!!!! We had to buy hangars for our clothes, which is ridiculous. So ridiculous that we donated to local friends to send a message: basic supplies include visitor’s the ability to hang their clothes. This also keeps visitors from draping things over furniture, which is not good for plush furniture. It would be nice to have lamps to avoid harsh glare. Our visit was after a fluke snowstorm. Despite the fluke, removing more snow and ice would have been great. We suggest you change the passcode from what you have, which is guessable, to the visitor’s last four digits of their cell phone. That increases safety for both you, the owner, as well as for visitors. Finally: lots of cobwebs makes it seem superficially clean. I’m being detailed to help the owners; please know this was a really fantastic place to stay!
