Sitting on the top floor, this stately 3 bedroom / 2 bath condo directly overlooks the 9th green of the Maggie Valley Club & Resort and is perfectly situated for one of the best views in the house. One of the few three-bedroom units at the resort, this property has a full-size living room with gas fireplace, recliner chairs and double reclining sofa, Smart TV with streaming TV service and other apps, and a Tall Vintage Cabinet with Hutch, Sliding Barn Door, LED Lights and a countertop ice maker. Open the French doors to walk out to a large, covered balcony for a perfect end of the day beverage or a morning cup of coffee, or just taking in that amazing Smoky Mountains view. Dine alfresco on the balcony on the high-top table overlooking the golf course or enjoy indoor meals inside on the formal dining table.

The master bedroom has a new adjustable base king bed, adjoining bath with large walk-in tile shower with bench seat, large walk-in closet, flat screen smart TV, work desk with printer and French doors leading to the balcony. The second bedroom has a queen bed, flat screen smart TV, an attached bath with tub/shower combo with grab bars, and dual large closets. The third bedroom has a queen pullout sofa and flat screen smart TV.

The laundry room has a full-size washer/dryer. The kitchen is amply stocked for any cooking needs and includes a Keurig Duo coffee maker, a toaster oven air fryer, a crockpot, a blender and much more.

The Condo is a short, 5- minute walk to the Pro Shop and Pin High Bar and Grill. There is a well-lit paved parking lot destination for family vacations, golf group outings or ski getaways. Please note this property is not dog friendly. Unauthorized pets on property will incur a $300 per pet penalty. No cats or other types of pets are allowed.

Should you need more space, if you rent 3’s a Birdie along with 19th Hole for the same dates, a discount can be applied. You must contact Maggie Mountain Vacations directly for such reservations.

Just a few minutes from the condo is the heart of Maggie Valley, Cataloochee Ski Area and Tube World (known for being one of the first ski resorts in the US to open each year), Tube World (snow tubing), Wheels Through Time (a historic motorcycle museum featured on the History Channel’s “American Pickers”), horseback riding and golfing.

Less than 15 minutes away in Waynesville you will find Ingles and Publix grocery stores, Walmart, and various restaurants. Just a few minutes further is Main Street where there are quaint restaurants, shops and breweries.

15 minutes from the condo is the Blue Ridge Parkway where you can drive to several waterfalls including Soco Falls and see spectacular mountain views all in and around the Great Smoky Mountain National Park. Harrah’s Casino in Cherokee (gamble or enjoy dinner) is a short 30-minute drive. Other close attractions include the Pisgah National Forest and several golf courses. Just west of Cherokee is Bryson City, home of the Great Smoky Mountain Railway and “Polar Express” during the Christmas Holiday.

40 minutes Southeast is Asheville, home to the Biltmore Estate & Winery, several micro-breweries, as well as great restaurants and shopping. A few minutes further is the quaint town of Hendersonville and home of the Sierra Nevada Brewery (dining and Tap Room), gem mining, white water rafting and zip-lining.

1 hour and 15 minutes away is Transylvania County, home of the most waterfalls in the United States, and over 100 Antique Shops.

1 1/2-hour scenic drive to the north, through Great Smoky Mountains National Park, will land you in Gatlinburg, Tennessee, and Pigeon Forge (home of Dollywood).

All guests must pick up a guest check-in package including check-in information, directions to property, and keys to the vacation rental home from the property manager at Maggie Mountain Vacations.
