The hosts were very hospitable and accommodating. Great place to stay with amazing views of surrounding hills, coupled with steep climbs and drops. The resident horses and goats were a joy to watch roaming around in their respective fields/ pens. Hebden Bridge a 25 min walk away. During Winter probably much quicker using sleds and so much fun. Would definitely look at staying again.

We can't praise this place, or Gill and Nick (and goats and horses) enough! It was magical, and sweet and the perfect final three days in England for us. We WILL be back. Do not hesitate, the views are BETTER than advertised and the place is perfect.

Lovely cosy cottage, very clean, well laid out with superb balcony.The most comfortable bed we've ever had at a holiday cottage!Friendly helpful host, easily reached by phone even though she was away.The parking is excellent, a private car-park big enough to turn the car.Altogether, a very good stay, many thanks.

Stayed for 2 nights at Piglets House in August The view from the balcony was amazing, absolutely perfect, so chilled, we took our dog with us and he was happy to chill on the balcony with us too.We loved having the goats as neighbours, the area is perfect for walking and exploring,The hosts are amazing and so helpful the cottage has everything you need, we will definitely be back

This pet friendly cottage was a delight, the owner was so helpful, friendly and let me see the animals up close which was a high light for me. The log burner was an added plus for us as we love our fires. The views are unforgettable and after my visit i was totally relaxed.What a gem they have in this property !!!!

We had such a wonderful stay at piglet farm. I can’t recommend the place more for quiet stay closer to nature. The fields and walks around it are so beautiful and piglet farm is such a cozy place to return to in the evenings.

A stunning location, surrounded by fields, goats and horses. A lovely view of Hebden, which is acceptable by foot in around 30mins, for 7 in a taxi. The hosts were suoerb and couldnt have been more welcoming and accommodating. We will be back x

We enjoyed a super week at the cottage, with superb views across the hills, even impressive in January rain! Gill was a fantastic host - friendly, welcoming and happy to offer advice about visiting the local area and eateries. The cottage had everything we needed and the woodburner was cosy for the evenings. We would definitely use this accommodation again if we come to visit this area of the country.

We had a really smooth stay in the cottage over bank holiday weekend. Gill and Nick were easy to communicate with and the cottage had everything we needed with a great view over the fields and valleys. We didn’t have a car but the walking routes up the hill were easy enough to follow, it takes about 20 minutes to get up from Hebden Bridge but it can be quite steep in parts. No problem with the right footwear.

Gill was a lovely host. Piglet’s House was cosy, comfortable and beautifully clean, equipped with everything I needed. Probably the best views I’ve had from a holiday cottage window. I loved it and will go back!

Lovely little cottage at the bottom of the town in Barrass square …. So very close to the beach and pubs. Parking instructions very clear (recommend Jimmy Pink car park as it’s the closest as noted by the host), and you can drive down to quickly drop off/collect luggage before driving onto park. Cottage is a little dated in the decor and th cleanliness was very good.The patio area at the front could do with some attention with regards weeds and perhaps some outside cushions for the seats, as this is a lovely area to sit and relax and watch the sea and people exploring. Very satisfied with our stay and for the price and location it is highly recommended.

Piglet's House is a gem: very comfortable, beautiful views, peaceful location. Good walks from the door, 10 minutes into Hebden Bridge. Loved our stay and hope to return.
