Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have rented alot of cabins and this one by far was the best. Very cleaned, gorgeous, secluded and I need your decorators phone number , uts absolutely beautiful felt like home in the middle of a tragedy that occurred on our stay. I will be back to rent again! Overall the cabin was nice, but there was mold on the wall that was reported by cleaning crew before we checked in. The water went out and they were unable to get us to another cabin until the night before we left.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time at this cozy cabin! The location was so close to the rafting, ziplining and Bryson City downtown. Quiet little getaway and house was fully stocked. We had issues with the WIFI but customer service from Yellowstone was superb and even answered calls off-hours. Tip - bring DVD's, games, etc. for if Wifi is down. And pool table was fine for us and kids to enjoy.

We had a nice stay, a small problem got resolved then same day from the management. House was clean amenities were great! Neighbors are friendly and location is convenient to the lake, restaurants and the polar express.

Kind of disappointed, actually. The place is completely outdated. Other reviews are right.. it's surrounded by neighbors. One with a dog that barks constantly. Very little was provided. No soap for washing machine, one small bottle of toothpaste and one small shampoo. The biggest BEWARE was the front door code. It's obvious that it never changes. This is a huge safety risk. The 4 numbers of the code are rubbed off on the pad. There is no smart lock. The place is spacious, but the outdated decor and lack of features makes this price-point a bit high. Could be a great rental with a few changes as the location is a nice plus,

Hi there... Thank you for the feedback. We apologize about the neighbors pets, however, we have no control over that aspect. We do provide our guests with several small amenities. We provide all linens and towels, a travel size shampoo and conditioner for each bathroom, bar soaps for each guest, a tide pod for the laundry, dishwasher pods for the dishwasher, a kitchen sponge and small bottle of dish soap for the kitchen, a snack basket and some waters for the guests that arrive too late to get to a store, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels for the kitchen, and trash bags for the kitchen and bathroom cans. The codes are changed a few times a year for the safety of our guests. I will notify the home owners of the other issues you reported as well. Thank you!

Great Location for a Relaxing Getaway

The cabin was exactly what my family was looking for to celebrate the end of a long, stressful school year. The cabin was open, comfortable, and clean with an easy check-in process. We loved the hot tub and the proximity to great views and Bryson City!

Very quiet and overall great place

Our stay was pretty good we were able to get around to eat and do some other stuff. We rented a UTV and got to ride around on some trails and see a few waterfalls. Definitely worth it. Downtown Bryson and Cherokkee are definitely recommended their food is really good and the ice cream was even better.

Great property!

My husband, brother in law and 7 year old niece stayed for a few days and the cabin could not be more perfect. Plenty of room for all of us, great location to Bryson City where we took a steam train ride and shopped. Plenty of cooking supplies and comfy beds. We even received a phone call to make sure we were enjoying our stay. I recommend this place!!
