On the kitchen setup, we wanted to mention for future guests that there is a full pantry closet available for food storage. It’s quite spacious, though it can be easy to miss at first glance, and we’ll look at how we can make that more noticeable. Regarding supplies, we provide a starter set of essentials for all stays, which is outlined in the booking information prior to arrival. For a one-week stay, like yours —our typical length here on Hilton Head Island—guests may find they need to restock certain items depending on usage, but we’ll still take a look at our quantities to ensure they feel appropriate. As for the outdoor space, you unfortunately visited during a stretch of unusually windy weather, which brought heavier pollen, leaves, and debris than normal. This also lined up with a short caterpillar season. While not typical year-round, it can impact outdoor comfort for a brief period. We do professionally service the exterior and pool prior to every arrival, and the pool is cleaned twice weekly. For in-between touch-ups, there is also a blower and pool skimmer available for guest use to help keep the space clear.
