place was great! right on top of a lot of restaurants and clubs. very much in the thick of things with plenty of food, drink, and dancing immediately on the street. apartment was nice and clean with a comfy bed. heating/air was perfect, rooftop hottub was extremely clutch on such a snowy weekend. about the only complaint i have is the main area needs a couple lamps so theres soft lighting options in addition to the super bright overheads. host was great, very responsive. im gonna stay here again next time im in montreal!

Location, location, location! Right in the heart of downtown Montreal. 2 blocks from Metro. Literally on top of restaurants and a night club. Coffee right around the corner. Hot tub was very relaxing after hoofing it all around town. Didn't drive, cannot comment on the parking situation.

We are an older couple. Location was great in terms of proximity to shops. Flight and a half of stairs we weren’t expecting. Jacuzzi is shared. Over a bar with loud music until 3 am every night. Manager very responsive. Few things missing like sugar, pepper but otherwise nice little apartment.

The fact that it is advertised as rooftop is inaccurate The floors were all coming up and dangerous There are only two windows overlooking the metal stairs you need to climb to get to a patio littered with empty beer bottles Location was great the host was great but the apartment was honestly horrible

Sam was a great host. He communicated regularly with us and answered all questions promptly. This property is located in downtown so you are close to the action and Old Montreal. It is an old building so there is a smell to it that aggravated my allergies but we were only there to sleep so it was okay.

Enjoyable stay in the heart of downtown

Our stay followed the closing of indy race weekend and the city was buzzing from the aftermath! The host Sam was very easy to communicate with and checked in during our stay to confirm everything was good. We did not use the rooftop deck area but enjoyed being central to everything downtown Montreal has to offer. The property is located in a row of great restaurants, clubs and close to wonderful shopping. The unit contained everything required for a short or extended stay including laundry and a dishwasher which would be convenient for those who don't want to enjoy the local eateries.Our 3 night stay was pleasant and we were happy with the property overall.

There were some major issues: 1. We had no hot water for the entire stay., 2. The waterdamaged flooring in the kitchen and living room is warped and cracked., 3.Several ceiling tiles are waterstained; the new drywall in the hall is spackled, but not painted, 4. The hot tub is shared with the renters in the third floor apartment. 5. The stairwell and foyer are filthy, probably because of the construction taking place on the first floor. Sam said this area was not his responsibility, but I would argue that Sam has the responsibility to assure that whoever is responsible for the area do a better job of maintaining it. To be fair, the place has great potential. The location is good with many dining options right on the same street. The kitchen cabinets and countertop, as well as the floor and wall tiles in the bathroom are new. The bed was comfortable. The air conditioners cleaned up the stale air almost immediately. The TV was good with plenty of viewing choices. But don't rent this place until you are assured the flooring and hot water heater have been fixed.
